What=s Up in North Lincoln: Projects Underway or Approved March 18, 2019 A. Ashley Heights
Neighborhood Center: approved and partially developed for up to 93,500 square feet of commercial uses, east and south of NW. 48th & W. Adams.
B. Hub Hall Heights CUP: approved for 339 single family and 93 attached single family units north of NW 40th Street.
C. Village West: Up to 200 single family, two-family and multi-family dwellings, 70,000 square feet of retail space northwest of NW 48th Street and W. Holdrege Street.
D. Highland View: approved and initial phase constructed with ultimate 571 single family lots, north of Highway 34 and west of NW. 12th St.
E. Fallbrook: mix of residential uses and 625,000 square feet of commercial space. First phase includes new YMCA, Schoo Middle School, over 550 single family and 550 multi-family units and retail/office uses in the Town Center; Market Place recently approved for 148,500 square feet of office and retail, includes Super Saver grocery and new residential healthcare facility.
F. Highland Apartments: 240 multi-family units, with 120 constructed and the remainder under development, northwest of NW 12th Street and W. Highland Boulevard.
G. Charleston Heights: underway on 241 single
family lots and 30 townhome units, west of N. 14th St. and north of Humphrey.
H. Stone Bridge Creek: underway on 684 single family lots and 251 townhome units, east of N. 14th St. and north of I-80. Future phases to include retail, office and industrial.
I. North Hills PUD: approved for 565 dwelling units apartment units east of N. 14th St. and north of Fletcher.
J. Northbank Junction: approved and underway for 371 single family lots and 68 acres of commercial and industrial uses, west of N. 56th St. and south of Arbor Rd.
K. King Ridge Commercial: approved for over 596,000 square feet of primarily retail space.
L. Landmark Corporate Center: approved for 911,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial space, north of Superior along N. 33rd St.
M. Terrace Gardens PUD: N. 35th & Superior; approved for 180 single and two-family dwellings, 45,000 square feet of commercial space or 175 self-storage unites, and agricultural uses.
N. Innovation Campus: approved for 2 million square feet of public and private technology development space on former State Fairgrounds; initial phase of 4 buildings previously approved; Phase 2 for 80,000 square feet of office building submitted.
O. Hudl Headquarters: approved 7 story building for retail, service and offices uses at Canopy and P Streets.
P. Neighborworks townhouses: underway on second phase of 18 townhouses at N. 24th & P Streets.
Q. Leighton Mixed-Use: northwest corner of 48th & Leighton; two buildings up to five stories in height containing 180 dwelling units and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. The site will also include neighborhood event space.
R. 48th & Holdrege Redevelopment: northeast corner of 48th & Holdrege; 100 multi-family units and 25,000 square feet of commercial space in a 5-story building.
S. Wyuka Vine Street CUP: approved residential developments at N. 45th and Vine Streets for up to 193 multi-family units.
T. Gateway Mall: approved for redevelopment of several pad sites and a new 70,000 square foot retail anchor.
U. 225 N. Cotner Blvd.: 153 multi-family units in a 4-story building with underground parking.
V. Prairie Village North: approved for over 2,300 units and 800,000 square feet of commercial space; Walmart and a substantial number of single family and townhouse units are developed.
W. North Forty PUD: approved for 140,000 square feet of commercial space, partially developed and 74 single family lots, developed at the southwest corner of N. 84th and Adams Streets.
X. Appleton Apartments: 212 units constructed east and north of N. 84th St. and Leighton St.
Y. 6400 Q Street: former McGinnis Ford site approved for up to 300 dwelling units and 70,000 square feet of commercial space.
Z. Northern Lights Commercial Center: 116,000 square foot HyVee grocery store open, part of overall center with over 216,000 square feet approved and partially developed.
AA. Northwoods Plaza PUD: up to 97,900 sq. ft. commercial and 150 family dwelling units at southwest corner of 84th &
Holdrege, partially developed.
BB. Waterford Estates: under development with ultimate buildout of 660 units of single family and townhome units around new small lake. Future development to include potential light industrial and commercial,
north of O St. both east and west of N. 98th St.
CC. Dominion at Stevens Creek: annexation and CUP approved for up to 433 single family lots, on the north side of O Street, east of Waterford Estates.
DD. Russwood Park: 77,000 square feet of commercial space at northwest corner of 84th and O Streets. A grocery store has been constructed and an office building and additional commercial building; site of new Cornhusker Bank.
