Pada tahun 1995, World Insti-tute of Action Learning (WIAL) co-founder Michael Marquardt bertemu dan bekerja dengan Reg Revans yang secara luas diakui sebagai Bapak dari Action Learning. diangkat sebagai Direktur perusahaan asuransi glob-al berbasis di Inggris hingga tahun 2005. Beliau me-megang Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) dan Calon Fellow of Life Management Institute di Atlanta. Beliau diangkat sebagai Direktur Eksekutif Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa di Indonesia pada tahun 2005. Antara 2008 dan 2012, ia diangkat sebagai Managing Director dan Presi-den Direktur salah satu perusahaan asuransi jiwa lokal dan berhasil meningkatkan laba sebesar 300% dan mencapai 5 terbaik penghargaan asuransi jiwa selama 2 tahun berturut-turut. Ia dianugerahi “CEO Terbaik untuk Strategi Bisnis” di Majalah Business Review (2012). Pada tahun 2012 beliau bergabung dengan Avatar Global Consult sebagai Co-Founder.
Graduated from Polytechnic Institute Technology of Bandung, Engineer from University of Parahyangan Bandung, post graduate and doctorate degree from SST IKAT Jakarta.
Eddy started his financial services sector career in the banking industry in 1995, assume as Vice President at national bank and was appointed as a Director of UK based insurance global company until 2005. He holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Finan-cial Consultant (ChFC) and Candidate Fellow of Life Management Institute in Atlanta. He was appointed as Executive Director of the Life Insurance Association in Indonesia in 2005. Between 2008 and 2012, He was ap-pointed as Managing Director and President Director of one local Life insurance company and successfully boosted its profit by 300% and achieved 5 best life in-surance awards for 2 consecutive years for its financial performance. He was awarded “Best CEO for Business Strategy” in the Business Review Magazine (2012). In 2012, He joined Avatar Global Consult as Co-Founder.
