INTRODUCCION
• El desarrollo de acidosis láctica en el paciente con cáncer representa un marcador de muy mal pronóstico, pues con la administración de esquemas de tratamiento, el desenlace con frecuencia resulta fatal, alcanzando tasas de mortalidad hasta el 95%.
