I N E X E R C I S E of the powers vested i n h i m by section 23 of the R o a d Transpor t Ordinance, •the H i g h Commissioner has made the followi n g ru les : —

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Transpor t (Routes and Tariffs) (Amendment N o . 15) Rules, 1945, and shal l be read as one wi th the R o a d Transpor t (Routes and Tariffs) Rules, 1934, hereinafter referred to as "the p r i n c i p a l Ru les" .

2. Schedule I to the p r i n c i p a l Rules shal l be revoked and the schedule set out i n the F i r s t Schedule to these Rules shall be substituted therefor.

3. —(1) Pa rag raph ( a ) of Schedule I I to the p r i n c i p a l Rules (as enacted by R u l e 3 of the R o a d Transpor t (Routes and Tariffs) (Amendment) Rules (No. 2) , 1943) shall be amended by the deletion of Route N o . 2 and a l l par t icu lars re la t ing thereto and the substitut ion therefor of the fo l lowing route and par t icu lars :—
