IN EXERCISE of the powers vested in him by section 23 of the Road Transport Ordinance, •the High Commissioner has made the follow- ing rules: — 1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Transport (Routes and Tariffs) (Amendment No. 15) Rules, 1945, and shall be read as one with the Road Transport (Routes and Tariffs) Rules, 1934, herein- after referred to as "the principal Rules". 2. Schedule I to the principal Rules shall be revoked and the schedule set out in the First Schedule to these Rules shall be substituted therefor. 3. —(1) Paragraph (a) of Schedule II to the principal Rules (as enacted by Rule 3 of the Road Transport (Routes and Tariffs) (Amendment) Rules (No. 2), 1943) shall be amended by the deletion of Route No. 2 and all particulars relating thereto and the substitu- tion therefor of the following route and particulars :— Cap. 128.
