ANALYSIS OF MAGNETIC CRANE:-
PART A:-
We are testing the magnetic crane for 3 different numbers of turn but with same amount of voltage and resistance.
Voltage, V = 1.5V
Resistance, R = 5Ω
Current, I = V = IR
I = V/R
= 1.5/5
= 0.3A
Case 1 = 2 turns
Magnetic Force = I x N
= 0.3 x 2
= 0.6A.t
Case 2 = 4 turns
Magnetic Force = I x N
= 0.3 x 4
= 1.2A.t
Case 3 = 6 turns
Magnetic Force = I x N
= 0.3 x 6
= 1.8A.t
As conclusion, when the amount of turn increases, the magnetic force will also increase.
PART B:-
We are testing the magnetic crane for 3 different voltages but with same numbers of turn and Resistance.
No of Turns = 10 turns
Resistance, R = 5Ω
Case 1 = 1.5 V
Current, I = I = V/R
= 1.5/5
= 0.3A
Magnetic Force = I x N
= 0.3 x 10
= 3A.t
Case 2 = 3.0 V
Current, I = I = V/R
= 3.0/5
= 0.6A
Magnetic Force = I x N
= 0.6 x 10
= 6A.t
Case 3 = 4.5 V
Current, I = I = V/R
= 4.5/5
= 0.9A
Magnetic Force = I x N
= 0.9 x 10
= 9A.t
As conclusion, if the voltages increase, the magnetic force will also increase.
