ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY

Anatomy- The study of body structure - (tuvaki ni yago, dagodago)

Kakana donu = structure bulabula / kaukauwa = function vinaka

The life giving properties in food, have to be transferred to the body through the blood to the cells which then gives life giving properties to the tissues, to the organs, to the system and to the whole body!

In cases of sickness, the body demands food that will give healing, that would feed the cells with good blood from good nutrients in food ie: Grains, fruits , Nuts & vegetables

Understanding the cells

Psalms 119: 34Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy

law; yea, I shall observe it with [my] whole heart.

The human body, with its hundreds of trillions of cells was fashioned by the Creator, and each of our cells is governed by laws which determine its function and control its activity.

Inside the nucleus of each cell, God has

placed a substance called DNA. It contains the Creator’s specific commands for the cell.

Nutrients in food

Nutrients are chemical substances your body uses to build, maintain, and repair tissues. They also empower cells to send messages back and forth to conduct essential chemical reactions, such as the ones that make it possible for you to :

BreathMoveEliminate wasteThinkSeeHearSmellTaste…….. And do everything else that’s natural to a living Body.

The 5 needs of the cell

OxygenWaterNutrientsWaste EliminationAll poison kept out

Page 14: Anatomy & physiology

cont

The Very first need of every cell is Oxygen. Without oxygen cells die in about three minutes

The second need of every cell is Water. Without water, cells would die in a few days.

The third need of every cell is nutrients. Without nutrient,

cells would die in several weeks.  The fourth need of the human cell is waste eliminations.

Without adequate waste Eliminations, the cells will die in hours.

The fifth need of the cells is that all poisons be kept out.

Poisoned cells always die prematurely.

WHERE IS GOD’S BEST DWELLING PLACE?

Isaiah 66:1 Thus saith the LORD, The heaven [is] my throne, and the earth [is] my footstool: where [is] the house that ye build unto me? and where [is] the place of my rest?

Isaiah 66:2 For all those [things] hath mine hand made, and all those [things] have been, saith the LORD, but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit and trembleth at My word
