PREFACE

Studies have proved that all the world successful Organization have been those

which have paid serious Attention to the people they own as well as their customers .it Is now

universally acknowledged that for any organization it’s People to human resources are it’s most

critical resource .

As we enter the 21st century , the surrounding are changing in the positive

direction and in these challenging surroundings, we avail equally in every field such as the socio-

economic system , political system etc. to keep up with this trend , it is important to ensure that

the role of worker also changes and they are allowed to transcend the boundaries of being merely

physical laborers to also having a say in management .

An enterprising management would , in today’s era of business not believe that

the role of worker should not be limited only to the workshop and workshop and factories . They

can perform better if they are provide with opportunity , not just to enhance the productivity but

also to create for themselves a better working environment .
