DVDs of annual conference are available for purchase
through Junaluska Productions in the Stuart lobby.
Park and Ride: The Conference has contracted with
Young’s Transportation to help shuttle people up and down the lake. In addition
to the LJ transportation, there are 2 Young’s buses. Watch for them to stop at
marked stops and use that as a way to park remotely and find a ride to the
auditorium. There are 11 shuttle stops so there is one near you when you park in a
designated lot.
2017 Journals: You can pick up an order form for a
USB from the desk in the lobby. Return by mail or
to Kim Ingram by the end of July.
Please return nametag badges in the marked boxes located in the lobby.
You can keep your name
Program Ministry Displays
are in Harrell Auditorium and outside on the grounds.
“Food Court” at lunch time on
Friday and Saturday so you don’t have to leave the lake.

You can watch the events of annual conference in several places
on the LJ campus:

There is a nursing area and changing station in
the room next to Terrace 211
Live Streaming is available on the internet

You can encourage friends and family at home to log in and see
what’s happening, particularly to join us in worship.
