Individual: $15.00
Family: $25.00
Senior (65 yrs. and above ): Free
To renew your membership with CCNC for the year of 2015,
you may either mail us a cheque/money order or call 519 451
0760 to authorize credit card payment. Please also inform us
if there is any change of your contact information, e.g. email
address, address, or phone number. For new membership
applicants, please download the Membership Application
Form from the CCNC website, or you can visit us in person
to fill out the form and pay the membership fee.

Days 2014 event on Saturday September 27th & Sunday
September 28th as Activity Facilitators.

What Have You Missed…
Annual General Meeting 2014
The Annual General Meeting of CCNC was held on May 25.
Highlights of the meeting:
The new board was elected;
New membership fee rates
were approved;
Resolution to review and revise
the CCNC constitution
according to the legislation
change has been accepted.
Members agreed to look into the relocation of the
centre and possible liquidation of the property.
Annual Senior Luncheon
Annual Seniors luncheon was held at the centre on Sunday
June 8. Over 120 guests enjoyed the event filled with food,
performances, prize draws, and fun.
Scholarship Presentation
CCNC scholarships were presented to the following
outstanding students during the senior luncheon. They are:
James Lao - Dr. S.K. Wong Scholarship
Jessica Liu - Stephanie Leung Memorial Scholarship
Kai-Nam Yiu - Special Award
Congratulations to all the recipients!
33rd Anniversary Talent Show
CCNC-London Chapter celebrated its 33rd Anniversary at
the London Chinese Community Centre on Saturday June 21.
We had more than 200 attendees who enjoyed the excellent
show from CCNC members, students from Western
University and Fanshawe College, CCNC Choir, and our
community partners and friends. To learn more about this

culture to the local

Chinese calligraphy and
painting, music, many
other Chinese events as

Dragon Gala The Dragon Gala, in its 6th year at the London Convention Centre, is one of the largest and best galas in London and the surrounding area. To celebrate the Year of the Ram, the
Dragon Gala 2015 will feature multi-course fusion Chinese cuisine, live entertainment and an after-dinner dance party. Gala Venue: London Convention Centre Date: Saturday February 21, 2015 Mark the date!

Mandarin Conversation Circle This program is aiming to provide a casual and social learning environment to Mandarin learners of all backgrounds! There will be a different topic for each week in which you can practice your oral Mandarin through fun activities! Venue: Sherwood Forest Library, 1225 Wonderland Rd. N. Date: Every Thursday Time: 7:30p.m. – 9:00p.m. Fee: $50/member for 25 sessions All participants must be CCNC members in good standing.
