ARTICLE ONE: CHURCH INFRASTRUCTURE

The ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH accepts

accountability by all standards of sound doctrine, for the evaluation of any religion, and is

established in the STATE OF TEXAS. It is our goal to provide certainty of biblical measure of

truth regarding all activity of our ministries as affiliated with cause, and by proper registration

procedure. We encourage all valid ministries and follow the example of Jesus Christ of

righteous indignation at the money changers in the temple:

In effect:

[Scriptures excerpted from New American Standard Bible (NASB)] Matthew 21:12 [Cleansing the Temple ] And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying

and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the moneychangers and the seats of those

who were selling doves.

Mark 11:15 [Jesus Drives Money Changers from the Temple ] Then they *came to Jerusalem. And He

entered the temple and began to drive out those who were buying and selling in the temple, and

overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves;

John 2:14 And He found in the temple those who were selling oxen and sheep and doves, and

the money changers seated at their tables .

John 2:15 8

And He made a scourge of cords, and drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the

oxen; and He poured out the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables;

We will overturn by proper process, withal; any church or ministry which is not presented

acceptable when evaluated and judged in standard accordingly with the Word of God. We, the

ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH are supported by the

gifts of the Holy Spirit, whereby the following develops within our fold:

1 Corinthians 12:810 8 For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the

word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; 9 to another faith by the same

Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10 and to another

the effecting of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another

the distinguishing of spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, and to another

the interpretation of tongues.

We, the ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH,

acknowledge and regard leadership withal; in accordance with the Word of God, the healthy,

spiritual hierarchy which is defined as follows:

1 Corinthians 12:2729 27 Now you are Christ’s body, and individually members of it. 28 And God

has appointed in the church, first apostles, second prophets, third teachers,

then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, various kinds of

tongues. 29 All are not apostles, are they? All are not prophets, are they? All are

not teachers, are they? All are not workers of miracles, are they?

Accordingly, these are our clergy, with regard, chosen and appointed to lead God’s people with

covenant promise in salvation in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for acquisition of knowledge

and understanding of the Word of God. We are promised prosperity for our diligent service in

the Lord in lifestyle and works; withal our riches are laid up as inheritance for us in heaven. We

implement strategic takeovers as well as inspire new churches and ministries, and as foundation,

9

have for basis Church Administration Plans for the TRUE BUSINESS of Ministry, and as a

foundation is Jesus Christ, our Lord. Our organization is concerned with the details of Kingdom

building, for we seek first the Kingdom of God in all His righteousness for thus, the addition of

ABSTRACT The fiber of the existence of humanity abides within the scales of justice for uniform balance of good and evil, and for the determination of equality wherewith one completely encompasses the latter for the service of justice thereof; there is no mockery for the lack of good, as justice, in its own capacity, time, and due season, always prevails. Withal; any leniencies known to man are only a result of mercy, as each individual must stand before judgment for the sake of his own soul. It is according to righteousness that glory is perceived. True triumph is only achieved with grace. Let every man bear his own incriminations and punishments for his own guilt.

The establishment of our church office as our church district rectory and primary trust for all TRUE BUSINESS for Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church functions and serves as registry and vault. With regard to the contemporary campaign, “Calling Catholics Home,” all petitioning members of Catholic faith backgrounds are encouraged with strong persuasion to return to their home or comparable local Catholic Parish to reunite with their original catechism, yet none are discouraged from membership of dutiful loyalty in serving our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus the Messiah, as full instated members of

The ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH accepts

accountability by all standards of sound doctrine, for the evaluation of any religion, and is

established in the STATE OF TEXAS. It is our goal to provide certainty of biblical measure of

truth regarding all activity of our ministries as affiliated with cause, and by proper registration

righteous indignation at the money changers in the temple:

In effect:

[Cleansing the Temple ] And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying

and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the moneychangers and the seats of those

who were selling doves.

Mark 11:15 [Jesus Drives Money Changers from the Temple ] Then they *came to Jerusalem. And He

entered the temple and began to drive out those who were buying and selling in the temple, and

overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves;

John 2:14 And He found in the temple those who were selling oxen and sheep and doves, and

the money changers seated at their tables .

John 2:15 And He made a scourge of cords, and drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the

oxen; and He poured out the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables;

We, the ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH,

acknowledge and regard leadership withal; in accordance with the Word of God, the healthy,

spiritual hierarchy which is defined as follows:

has appointed in the church, first apostles, second prophets, third teachers,

then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, various kinds of

We

implement strategic takeovers as well as inspire new churches and ministries, and as foundation,

have for basis Church Administration Plans for the TRUE BUSINESS of Ministry, and as a

result, TRUE MINISTRY. It is right to give God thanks and praise. The church’s one

foundation is Jesus Christ, our Lord. Our organization is concerned with the details of Kingdom

building, for we seek first the Kingdom of God in all His righteousness for thus, the addition of

those things necessary to capacitate for Christ.

BUSINESS PROGRESS REPORT WITH PROPOSAL

We have ministry which we would like to apply immediately, yet are not anxious for full operations. We apply for 501 (c) (3) status for capacity building and seek to further operations by first seeking donations for stability, such as office, equipment, furnishings, and fixtures. We agree to always comply with status codes, policy,. and reporting guidelines. We plan to employ and gain volunteer Catholic Priests and Nuns as assigned in vocation by the Roman Catholic Church under the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. We plan to employ other types of employees according to credentials and accreditation as required by job positions and duties. We proceed to function as a vital religious institution, which offers education and medical services to specific recipient groups as we are able to accommodate.

The religious business of

ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH

is best fit on acreage which can accommodate a minimum of 10 main buildings with ample parking, which are constructed or can be remodeled to design of purpose. This is not a "quick ministry" or "scheme for wealth by greed." This is a well compiled experience of TRUE MINISTRY and TRUE BUSINESS. We want first, an office from which to work towards development and implementation of the church, with real RESULTS.

In the most basic intention of regard; one option available for facility plantation is as follows:

1. locate prime in clear acreage

2. bargain donation requisition for budget inclusive of General Contractor 501 (c) (3) construction donation regulation

3. continue process for acquisition and reporting

For basic operations at full capacity withal; the church business can function with promise of futures with FOUR main buildings, which are planned and used for the following functionary capacities:

• Church Sanctuary

• Rectory
