1. The religious exempt purpose of ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC

CHURCH meets the required provisions to meet the organizational test under section 501 (c) (3)

under the section of the organizing document titled STATEMENT OF 501 (c) (3).

2. The organizing document meets the provisions by express provision for the distribution of

assets upon dissolution, whereby the remaining assets must be used exclusively for exempt

purposes. ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH does not

rely on operation of state law for dissolution provision in any state.

Our proper chain of command as a religious organization begins with our church, where our rectory maintains for safekeeping, all relevant affiliated and associated file in record. We, the


hereby establish our office officially as a rectory, and it is maintained as fully operational as our church district office. Our church is founded as a set example to emulate our Apostolic religion in structured integration of praise and worship to the ONLY WISE GOD , to HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, JESUS CHRIST , and for the communion of the HOLY SPIRIT ; withal: for the meaningful preservation of our Catholic faith; from whence is derived our sound doctrinal adherence, for the best spiritual ministry. The establishment of our church office as our church district rectory and primary trust for all TRUE BUSINESS for ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH functions and serves as registry and vault. With regard to the contemporary campaign, “Calling Catholics Home,” all petitioning members of Catholic faith backgrounds are encouraged with strong persuasion to return to their home or comparable local Catholic Parish to reunite with their original catechism, yet none are
