1.0 INTRODUCTION

Ansart was established in 1992 by the name of Menar a Segar Sdn Bhd (MSSB). MSSB at the timewas a project development consultant which involved in development planning, construction,technology, IT and traffic consulting. MSSB was among the first agent to Autocad Asia through hispartner of Highway and Transport Group from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Earlier in 2008 Ansart introduce VISSIM and VISUM into Malaysia as a solution tool in TrafficSimulation. The aim was as a tool for an imaginary real situation to analyze the order in proposingseveral options for traffic solutions, dispersal and to accelerate the movement of vehicles for aspecific case.

With TMSU, Ansart was then set up with the purpose of providing clients with transport and trafficrelated services in particular study to the i ssues using computer modeling and simulation.

Besides developing and designing the system for TransportPlanning, Traffic Ma nagement a nd Traffic Opera tions, Ansart isalso now foc using on its major future tool for technologyinnovations.

As an inventor group, Ansart is very much appreciate andwelcome a ny investor or co unterpart with the same vision to shareour mission towards making an easier and sustainable life for thepeople.

Initially Ansart was very muc h influence d b y TMSU (TrafficModelling Simulation Unit), his stra tegic pa rtner from UniversitiSa ins Malaysia. Ansart wa s ea rlier known as Analytical Studiesand Research in Transport and Traffic Tea m since its involvementthen wa s majored in traffic and transpo rt consultation.

Besides the professionals in ANSART, members in the team alsocomprise of post-gradua te students and resea rch assistants whoare engaged either in the pursuit of post-graduate studies or arebeing employed to conduct research support in USM.

1. The modelling and simula tion approac h in transportplanning and traffic management is an essential tool formany agenc ies and d evelopers who a re interested tounderstand present and future issues that they are or will befacing with respect to their development proposals.Modelling and simulation provides a fast and inexpensivemethod for evaluating issues and problems relating totraffic and transpo rt.

2. The Project Ma nagement is pa rt of Ansart spec ialties. Beingin construction since the 90-s had mad e Ansart to make amajor come ba ck by integrating findings of newtechnology, suitable system and effective planning beforetaking off into the total c onstruction management co ntrol.For the case Ansart will closely collaborate with his strategicalliance of construction consultant team.

3. Innovations and new technology provider is pa rt of Ansartinterest towards future expansions. At the moment Ansart islooking into a ) educa ting future generations into creativetec h innovation set of mind by using Resberry Pi as aplatform and b) to better systemized the transportoperational c ontrol by using his own RFID tools and

features.

3.0 SOFTWARE AND TOOLS

TMSU uses several well-known up da ted software and tools tosupport its studies and findings. Besides the common method ofda ta collection a nd a nalysis, TMSU is unique as a solution providerin the c ountry by offering c lients high-end up-market capability atvery compe titive c ost. Similar work by foreign c onsultants will bevery demanding on the clients budget.

Among the favorite software utilized by TMSU are:
