KCT Co., Ltd. (Korea), PT. Global Lubriutama (Indonesia) and Global Fine Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (China) develop and manufacture quality performance release agent, marking paint, anti-finger print varnish, lubricants, and grease for tire, steel, rubber hose, polyurethane, and die casting manufacturing.

Our group started in 1991 with the sale and distribution of industrial

lubricants and premium grease. In 1992, we expanded our focus to include tire release agents for the automotive industry with the introduction of non-silicone and aqueous-based release agent for the tire uniformity process. The development of this first product was the benchmark for the development of other products that satisfy the changing needs of the tire manufacturing industry. In 2003, we expanded our portfolio of product offerings to include anti-finger print varnish to serve the steel industry.

Our product range provides solution to the challenges encountered in manufacturing of cold roll steel. All our products are customized to meet the varying equipment design, production cycle, processing temperature and speed, and product style and material compositions of our customers.

The cured coating of APV-C1M is resistant to fingerprints, dust, and stains, and hence increases the aesthetic and clean-look of steel sheets. It is applied on cold roll steel sheet and galvalume sheets that are finally utilized as enclosure or panels of electrical household appliances.

Application 应用

APV-C2K is a two-component coating system comprising of APV-C2K (A) and APV-C2K (B). APV-C2K (A) and APV-C2K (B) should be mixed in the ratio of 100 : 1.0 just prior to product use. The combined product should be used within 1 - 2 days after preparation. However, the product performance may be restored thereafter by adding APV-C2K (B). APV-C2K is applied onto the cold roll steel or galvalume sheets using roller mills after the hot dip or electroplating process.

APV-10M is a black top paint applied on (top of phosphate or chromate film) of electroplated cold roll steel sheet after the application of primer (APV-PM). The APV-10M is solvent-based paint that provides excellent forming properties along with chemicals and corrosion resistance. It is applied on cold roll steel sheet that is finally utilized as enclosure or panels of electrical appliances, including flat-screen TVs.

APV-PM Primer 底漆

Description 说明

APV-PM is a primer applied on top of phosphate or chromate film of electroplated cold roll steel sheet prior to application of Black Top Paint (APV-10M). The APV-PM is a preparatory coating that ensures better adhesion of the Black Top paint to the steel substrate. In addition to serving as binding layer, APV-PM also improves paint durability and increases corrosion resistance. It is applied on cold roll steel sheet that is finally utilized as enclosure or panels of electrical household appliances, including flat-screen TVs.
