applicant could seek review under S.17 of the Town Planning Ordinance.若不滿城規會作出的決定 , 申請人可根據《城市規劃條例》第 17條申請覆核城規會之決定 。

drug centres (from the first one in 1998 to t

he latest one in August 2003), the applicatio

ns were all processed within 2 months and

were all approved.

1998 年起至 2003 年 8 月止，共 6 個相關申請，

一律在申請遞交後兩個月內獲批核。
