Life is short. Life is not a dress rehearsal. Life is not a do-over. How many times have you heard those expressions and thought nothing about it?

Well…Start Thinking About It!!

Life Is Too Short and, in a blink of an eye, everything in your life can be turned upside down!

It’s time to have FUN and to live your life with no regrets! Johnny Loewy and his beautiful wife, Amber, are doing exactly that…living life to the fullest and having fun doing it.

You see, years ago, Johnny Loewy was diagnosed with a life threatening disease and he conquered it! Since then, not only is he one of the best mindset trainers EXIT has, but he also auditioned, and got a spot, on a television series that is in its pilot state and hopefully will be picked up by a TV network.

His latest conquest, along with Amber, is winning first place in both of their dance categories which earned them the prestigious award of being national champions!! WOW!!!

Rick and I, along with John Steffey and his wife Trudy, Susan Fleming, Connie Stommel, “Special” Ed Haraway and his wife Mary, Petra Quinn, and Lisa Longest had the pleasure of watching Johnny and Amber take first place in both of their dance categories Saturday night, March 28th.

It was a lot of FUN and we look forward to watching them perform in Manhattan, New York in January to defend their national championship title!

Put some FUN into your life.

Rick and Carol McDaniel are proud grandparents of a beautiful grandson, Owen Michael Simonds. He was born Monday, April 13th weighing in at 8 pounds and 10 ounces! Mother, Kelley, and son are doing GREAT!

Rick and Carol plan on a lot of FUN outings with their grandson, Owen, and granddaughter, Maggie.

EXIT Bennett Realty had a very successful St. Patricks Day Happy Hour at BusBoys & Poets on Friday, March 20th. They gave out numerous door prizes, which consisted of Irish Themed Gifts. They had a "Best Irish Jig Contest" in which the winner, Kareem Spain, won a $500 prize. They also had a "Best Green Outfit Contest". The first place winner was Leah Davis, who won $500, 2nd Place was Amanda Brown, who won $300 and 3rd Place was Michelle Awan who walked away with $200!

Over 100 Teddy Bears were collected by our EXIT Landmark Realty

Agents, outside donations and our Homes for Heroes Affiliates. They

were delivered to Police Department IV in Prince George's county.

The teddy bears are part of a program developed for police officers to

be able to hand them to children involved in traumatic situations.

EXIT Landmark Realty’s Southern Maryland Homes for Heroes team went out to deliver some Easter cheer to local Charles County firehouses and the University of Maryland Regional Medical Center by bringing Easter baskets filled with goodies.

The children's basket had teddy bears, books, coloring books and crayons and many more special treats!!! The smiles on the children’s faces warmed everyone’s heart.

This is just one way we give thanks and say thank you to some of our local

heroes.

A small boy named Bruce lived in a suburb of Sydney, Australia. None of his classmates liked him because of his stupidity, especially his teacher, who was always yelling at him, "You're driving me mad Bruce".

One day Bruce's mum came to school to check on how he was doing. The teacher told his mum honestly, that her son was simply a disaster, getting very low marks and never had she seen such a dumb boy in her entire teaching career.

The mum was shocked at the feedback and withdrew her son from school and moved out of Sydney, relocating to Newcastle.

25 years later, the teacher was diagnosed with an incurable cardio disease. All the doctors strongly advised her to have heart surgery, which only one surgeon could perform. Left with no other options, the teacher decided to have the operation, which was successful.

When she opened her eyes after the surgery she saw a handsome doctor smiling down at her. She wanted to thank him, but could not talk. Her face started to turn blue, she raised her hand, trying to tell him something but eventually died.

The doctor was shocked and was trying to work out what went wrong, when he turned around he saw our friend Bruce, working as a cleaner in the clinic, who had unplugged the oxygen equipment in order to connect his vacuum cleaner.

Don't tell me you thought Bruce became a heart-surgeon?
