Un appartement de famille nécessité d’un aménagement pour s’adapter mieux aux besoins de la famille.

Les espaces privés sont mieux arrangés, une deuxième salle de bain est créée, et la cuisine s’adhere aux espaces quotidiens de vie.

Dans la région de Versailles, près du Château de Versailles au fond d’un cour nous à été demande l’amenagement d’un garage ancien à loft.

Le projet contient trois étages. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la cuisine, le séjour et un WC, au premier étage deux chambres et une salle de bain et au niveau combles le bureau du propriétaire.

Des fenêtres de toiture sont créées pour que la lumière natural entre librement aux espaces habitables du niveau combles jusqu’au rez-de-chaussée.

Même si ce n’est pas un grand projet, il se caractérise par sa fonctionalite, sa simplicité et le plaisir d’y vivre.

RENOVATION D’UN APPARTEMENT, PARIS04.Cet appartement de 45m2 à Paris se privait de fonctionnalité et des espaces bien organisés.

Le projet propose la rénovation de l’appartement pour qu’il loge deux étudiants d’universite. Donc, c’est prévue la création de deux chambres individuelles avec des placards et rangements, l’amenagement d’une cuisine équipée et meublée ouverte sur sejour, et une petite salle d’eau. Les espaces privés sont maintenant mieux organisés et indépendants de la pièce de vie.

Un styl pop et moderne est choisi pour cette hébergement destiné aux jeunes hommes.

REHABILITATION ET EXTENSION DE LA GRANDE VENERIE, MENETOU SALON05.Lebâtimentdela“GrandeVénerie”quiestsituédansle château du Menetou Salon, nous à été demande à être rénové.

Pour l’ agrandissement du séjour et la création d’un jardin d’hiver une extension est proposée pour loger les besoins de son propriétaire.

Le style traditionnel est mis en evidence est renforcé par les caracteristiques harpages en brique et pierre.

CREATION DE 14 LOGEMENTS,QUEUE EN BRIE06.Dans l’espace d’une ancienne briqueterie un ensemble de 14 logements est créé.

Chaque logement qui repond aux besoins des personnes handicapées est composé de deux etages et de jardin privatif. Tous les logements possèdent des places de stationnement et de vue dégagée sur l’espace boisé classé près de la parcelle.

PROJET DE FIN D’ETUDES “LA RESTAURATION ET REHABILITATION D’UN BLOC DE VILLE DANS LA REGION DE FORTERESSE DE LARISSA”

Subject of the thesis is the redesign of a city block in the fortress hill region in the city of Larissa. The proposed solution includes the restoration and the reuse of two prewar buildings as well as the creation of a cultural space. The proposal takes into account and applies the principles of sustainable architecture.

ANALYSISAs far as analysis is concerned, field investigations and archive surveyswere conducted and analytically presented in maps and diagrams. The conclusions extracted showed mix of uses, illegal constructions, excess of the floor number limit, lack of homogeneity as far as building formsand sizes are concerned, coexistence of different architectural styles.

PROPOSAL After conducting detailed field analysis it is obvious that there is nocommon architectural aesthetics or homogeneity in the block. Moreover, its extremely high percentage of illegally built surface results to little open public space left, which has a negative effect on block’s cooling and ventilation conditions. The two prewar buildings are the only ones distinguished for their architectural form, although they have been through several modifications and changes. In order to have them restored andreused, pulling down the neighboring buildings is a necessary action. As far as the preservable buildings are concerned, any constructions or interventions made that affected their original typology must be removed.

The proposed complex includes the two prewar buildings and three new shells and is designed to house exhibition rooms and halls relative to the region’s diachronic evolution. The added volumes are designed in a modern approach with eco-friendly materials, taking into consideration the principles of sustainable architecture. They are made of steel frame and double glazing withsunprotectionfilters,andaredesignedtobeenergeticallyefficientwitheco-friendly behavior. This is due to the wooden blinds which are put around the facades, able to open and close automatically according to weather conditions, and the Building-Integrated Photovoltaics which are applied on the roofs to select and exploit solar energy. The advantage of integrated photovoltaics over more common non-integrated systems is that the initial cost can be offset by reducing the amount spent on building materials and labor that would normally be used to construct the part of the building that the BIPV replace.

In addition to the buildings’ bioclimatic design, a wide open and semi-open public space is designed based on the same principles, in order to create a pleasant stroll. Eco-friendly, soft ground materials are used in such colors to absorborreflectsunlight.Bigshadytreesareputtoreinforcetheamountofgreen and have a positive impact on the area’s micro-climate. The semi-open space is covered by wooden pergolas with climbing plants, thus creating a cool, pleasant resting area beneath them, especially during summer.

In conclusion, due to the combination of preindustrial period’s traditional architecture principles and today’s aesthetic and technological innovations of sustainable architecture, a building complex is produced, that attains to match bioclimatic design, energy independence and high-level architecture achieving functionality, timelessness and beauty.

CONSERVATION ET RESTORATION DE L’ORPHANAGE “CAROLE ALLATINIS” 09.The aim of this course is the direct contact and the familiarization with the principles, methods and technical issues concerning conservation, restoration and reuse of historic buildings and sites.

This course involves the conservation and restoration of a designated historic building in Thessaloniki. It involves systematic, field researchandanalysisofmaterialsandof the building’s construction, examination of the type, form and historical phases, examination of pathology, diagnosis of the deterioration causes and their evaluation.

Based on the aforementioned criterias, a conservation, restoration and new use integration proposal is designed.

ANALYSE DE LA STRUCTURE DE BÂTIMENTS HISTORIQUES 10.Subject of this course is the understanding of the procedure of architectural documentation and its importance for restoration and revival of historic buildings.

Content of the course:

A. Theoretical approach to the methodology of architectural measure drawing conducted with traditional methods.

B. Project: measure drawing and documentation of a small scale traditional building, built up to the 1920’s. Elaboration of a full set of drawing plans (scale 1:50) and plans of construction elements in appropriate scales.

C. Investigation of the typology and morphology of the building and the pathology of its structural materials.

CENTRE MULTIPLEX DANS UN QUARTIER DÉFAVORISÉ DE LOGEMENTS SOCIAUX 11.Subject of this workshop is to create a multifunctional center in a deprived area of social housing.As far as the urban level is concerned, the residential complex of the area is characterized by homogeneous buildings and open city blocks that do not favor the creation of neighborhood centers

Objectives - Targets

-Redefinethemeaningofthe“market”Connect with the concept of the square, convert the area into the pole of public life.

- Create a vibrant, pleasant space designed to encourage strolls and attract people of all ages.

- Create organized parking spaces.

- Local interventions in order to encourage access to the multifuncional center with non-motorized means of transport(pedestriantraffic,bicycle)

- Bridging the two parts of the urban tissue

- Create a positive impression to the visitor

Subject of this workshop is the redesign of a former stream region jn the city of Thessaloniki and the creation of a park aimed to attract citizens of all ages

Special feature of the region is that it is closely related to the forest of Seich-Sou from the north, inserting like a crack in the densely built urban tissue. While observing the terrain relief, the trace of the water path is easily located, as it has naturally carved and shaped the earth. Due to intense height differences there are plenty of places offering unique views

Objectives - Targets

- Redesign the stream region while enhancing its unique features and elements- Abolition of its strict boundaries and penetration of the green mass in the urban tissue-Unificationwiththecloselyrelatedneighborhood- Demolision of all the illegal buildings- Enhancement of the existing vegetation - Create the principal route of the park in memory of the former water path either imitating and following it or simply embracing it, mimicking essentially the form of a crack- Use of eco-friendly materials - Light Interventions in the neighboring road network
