ASF – is a contagious hemorrhagic disease of pigs, and one of the most serious transboundary animal diseases with the potential for rapid spread both within the country and beyond its borders.

• early identification of infected and potentially infected sites, including pig houses, cold stores, etc .;

Outbreak – pig farm, backyard with infected

animals

Bloodless slaughter of all pigs.

Carcasses of the killed and dead pigs, manure, feed residues, containers and low-value tools, abandoned buildings shall be burned or buried.
