Este tipo de preposio se refere localizao de pessoas e objetos em relao a algum ponto de referncia no cenrio.

Existem dois tipos de preposies de lugar: aspreposies de lugar exatoe aspreposies de movimento.PREPOSIES DE LUGAR EXATOUm exemplo clssico de preposio de lugar exato aquela frase amplamente explorada por humoristas:The book is on the table.
