Meet with OEM (Hero , Bajaj, Honda , TVS Motor ) dealer and provide service to them Conduct Survey on various sizes and pattern of tyre Gather information of competitors products New product launching , their costing, services and

their policies To provide field service to our customers by inspection of OTR at their sites To Conduct Sale and Service Promotion Activities - Planning & Execution - Service camp, Local

Mechanics meets , Customer meets, camps, events, advertisements, promotional / incentive schemes etc.

Identify training needs of workshop in-charge / supervisor, mechanics, parts Incharge etc & conduct trainings (technical features, usage, service issues resolution etc.) & EDMS usage for staff.

Conduct Warranty claim audits at dealer as per Warranty claim criteria / Checklists & implement actions to address gap areas.

To improve CSI. by reducing complaint resolution time Development of dealer Network to provide service to customers
