Sea water coming into the plant watertreatment initially added coagulant and coagulant aid went into the clarifier to be separated from the suspended solid , the product of the over flow entered clarified , after it entered into a multi media filter for purification . Impurity of multi- media filter is then filtered by the filter bag and cartridge filters .

Once free of impurity injected seawater sulfuric acid , sodium metabisulfite , and anti scalant then into sea water reverse osmosis . Its products are 35 % plus CaCl2 entry into service water and fire water tank , and 65 % went into Brackish water reverse osmosis to produce demineralized water .

After the BWRO , water gets into dekarbonator . Product dekarbonator partly towards cooling water tank and mixed bed polisher partial towards . In cooling water tank plus ph adjuster , biocide and nitrite which is then cooled to PFHE . Water entering mixed bed polisher to sterilize the product from harmful ions before entering the water tank polished .

Air laut masuk melalui bar screen lalu melewati traveling screen kemudian dipompa oleh sea water pump basin menuju automatic backwash filter untuk penyaringan lebih lanjut.

Setelah itu air sebagian menuju plate and frame heat exchanger untuk digunakan sebagai pendingin cooling water dan sebagian lagi masuk ke water treatment plant. Disini ada Electrochlorination unit yang menghasilkan natrium hipochlorit dari air laut

Air laut yang masuk ke watertreatment plant awalnya ditambahkan koagulan dan koagulan aid lalu masuk ke clarifier untuk dipisahkan dari suspended solid, produk berupa over flow masuk ke clarified, setelah itu masuk ke multi media filter untuk penjernihan. Impurity dari multi media filter kemudian disaring oleh bag filter dan catridge filter.

Setelah bebas dari impurity air laut diinjek asam sulfat, sodium metabisulfit, dan anti scalant lalu masuk ke sea water reverse osmosis. Produknya 35% ditambah CaCl2 masuk ke service water and fire water tank, dan 65% masuk ke brackish water reverse osmosis untuk menghasilkan demineralized water.

Setelah dari BWRO, air masuk ke dekarbonator. Produk dekarbonator sebagian menuju cooling water tank dan sebagian menuju mix bed polisher. Pada cooling water tank ditambah ph adjuster, biocide dan nitrit yang kemudian didinginkan pada PFHE. Air yang masuk ke mix bed polisher untuk mensterilkan produk dari ion-ion berbahaya sebelum masuk ke polished water tank.
