アプリの概要
米携帯会社４社を対象に、twitterタイムラインから①異常度を
検知し、さらにツイートの内容から、②通知先を自動判別する、
「異常検知&自動通知システム」です。

Insights for Twitter ①異常の検知
・Insights for Twitterを用いて、Negative tweetとPositive(+Nurtral) tweetの比率を算出します。
・アプリでは、Negative tweetの比率が5%を超えると、異常が
発生したとして、連絡先に自動通知します。

Natural Language Classifier ②同音語の判別twitterでsprintと検索した時、「sprint」を含むツイートが携帯会社に関連したツイートとは限らない。Natural Language Classifierを用いて自動判別します。

Natural Language Classifier ③通知先の判別Natural Language Classifierを用いて、Negative tweetの内容を読み取り、自動で通知先を分類します。本アプリでは、通知先には、「基地局監視部署」と「Webサーバ監視部署」を想定して実装しています。

今後の展望
将来的には、twitter文章に対し、様々な指標に分類し、その時間推移の変化を同業社で比較することで、マーケティングへの活用できることを期待している。
