  • There is new system will be adopted from 1st April 1996 in order to provide a new way for people to complain about NHS treatment or services. The new procedure will work in the same way whatever part of NHS you want to complain about.

  • Paragraph1From 1st April 1996 there will be a new system to use if you want to complain about the services or treatment you get from NHS. You can select different options which the system offered if you want to complain.

  • Throughout this document we refer to: RIGHTS - which all patients will receive all the time; and EXPECTATIONS - these are standards of service which the NHS is aiming to achieve. Exceptional circumstances may sometimes prevent these standards being met. It is helping the NHS to listen to and act on peoples views and needs; set clear standards of service; provide services which meet those standards.

  • WHO spared no effort to make tobacco and smoking away from our life because they do harm to our health. Through the efforts of advocacy and actions we can see some resultsThe Thai model.
