This is one of the pilot villages where the community contributes to forest conservation under Thailand’s sufficiency economy principle. It is also a sufficiency economy learning center thanks to its abundance of nature – both in terms of the water and the forest. Visitors will be impressed by the adventurous activities in the middle of beautiful nature, heading through the forest, over rocks, into fruit orchards, through rubber and palm plantations, and seeing the greenery on both sides of the canal. You can also take to the water in a kayak, floating along a 4-km route that gets rocky in some sections. The water level is not too deep and the current not too strong, making this a suitable activity for people of all ages.
