M UCh trng lp d n bauxit - alumin khu vc Nhn C, tnh k Nng c Th tng Chnh ph thng qua ti Quyt nh s 167/2007/Q-TTg ngy 01 thng 11 nm 2007 v vic ph duyt quy hoch bauxit vi cng sut nh my alumin Nhn C l 600.000 tn/nm. Vic khai thc bauxit ti k Nng c Chnh ph giao cho Tp on Cng nghip Than - Khong sn lm ch u t.Thc hin ch trng ca Th tng Chnh ph, Tp on Cng nghip Than - Khong sn Vit Nam giao cho Lin on Bn a cht Min Trung tin hnh lp n thm d m bauxit khu vc Nhn C, tnh k Nng. Thng 11/2008 Tp on Cng nghip Than - Khong sn trnh B Ti nguyn v Mi trng ph duyt n thm d v c B Ti nguyn v Mi trng cp php thm d M bauxit khu vc Nhn C, tnh k Nng theo giy php s 407/GP-BTNMT ngy 16 thng 3 nm 2009.Tp on Cng nghip Than - Khong sn giao cho Cng ty C phn a cht v Khong sn - Vinacomin t chc trin khai thm d m bauxit khu vc Nhn C, tnh k Nng theo hp ng kinh t s 87/2007/HKT/TKV-GEOSIMCO ngy 26 thng 02 nm 2007.Mc tiu nhim v cng tc thm d.1. Xc nh cu trc m, nghin cu c im a cht cc thn qung bauxit v c im qung cng nghip.2. Xc nh c im a cht thy vn - a cht cng trnh (CTV - CCT) v iu kin khai thc m.3. Nghin cu kh nng tuyn ra, c im cng ngh, cc ch tiu kinh t ho tch alumin t qung bauxit.4. Mc tiu tr lng cp 121+122 l 150 triu tn tinh qung bauxit.Cng tc thi cng thc a c Cng ty C phn a cht v Khong sn - Vinacomin trin khai v hon thnh vo thng 8 nm 2009. Cng tc tng hp ti liu lp bo co ch tiu tm thi tnh tr lng c thc hin t thng 9 nm 2009 n thng 10 nm 2010.Cc phng php v khi lng thc hin bao gm:- Cng tc trc a trn din tch thm d l 286,4 km2.- o v bn a cht - khong sn t l 1:5.000 trn din tch 229,7 km2; o v bn a cht - khong sn t l 1:2.000 trn din tch 56,7 km2.- o v bn CTV - CCT t l 1:5.000 trn din tch 286,4 km2.- Thi cng 5.266 cng trnh thm d, trong c 3.987 cng trnh khoan khi lng l 22.286,90m v 1.599 cng trnh ging vi khi lng l 9.170,3m, ly v gia cng 21.179 mu qung tinh, 1.144 mu qung nguyn khai, 93 mu c l qung. Phn tch 18.956 mu ha c bn tinh qung, 1.144 mu ha c bn qung nguyn khai, 558 mu ha theo thnh phn cp ht, 661 mu ha ton phn tinh qung, 98 mu ha ton phn qung nguyn khai Ly, nghin cu cng ngh tuyn v sn xut alumin theo cng ngh Bayer: 1 mu.Kt qu thm d khoanh nh c 66 thn qung bauxit laterit vi tng tr lng v ti nguyn qung bauxit cp 121+122+333 t: 351.221,27 nghn tn qung nguyn khai, tng ng 127.924,28 nghn tn tinh qung. Tr lng cp 121+122 t 238.883,49 nghn tn qung nguyn khai, tng ng 86.588,68 nghn tn tinh qung, so vi mc tiu n t 57,73%. Cht lng qung tinh p ng yu cu sn xut alumin theo cng ngh Bayer. Lng ma trung bnh hng nm t 1.500mm n 2.900mm. Ma kh lng ma khng ng k ch bng khong 20% lng ma trong nm. Nhit trung bnh nm l 23,4oC; thng t nng nht, nhit ln n 39,4oC; thng 12 l thng lnh nht, c khi nhit xung n 7,4oC. Thnh phn gm st ct, st bt mu loang l v kt vn laterit. Chiu dy 5-6m.Cc trm tch sng - m ly thng Holocen, ph thng trung - thng (abQ22-3): Phn b dc cc thung lng sng EaKrng v cc sui ln, m ly trong vng. Thnh phn l ct, bt, st, i ch c than bn, st than. Chiu dy 2-3m.Cc trm tch sng thng Holocen, ph thng thng (aQ23): Thng to nn cc bi ct ven lng hoc bi bi, pht trin dc theo cc sui trong vng. Vi thnh phn kh a dng gm cui cc loi: Cui thch anh, ct kt, granit, phun tro,... Chiu dy t 1-2m.2.1.2. Magma xm nhp2.1.2.1. Phc h C N (K2cn) Cc thnh to xm nhp phc h C N ch l ra k Song v mt vi khi nh phn b ri rc, c din tch 170km2, gm hai pha xm nhp chnh.Pha 1 (K2cn1): Chim hu ht khi k Song, bao gm granit biotit giu thch anh c muscovit, granit hai mica ht va n th sng mu, cu to khi, kin trc porphyr. Thnh phn khong vt gm: plagioclas 17-24%, felspat kali 41-52%, thch anh 36-40%, biotit 2-3%, muscovit 2-5%. Khong vt ph c zircon, apatit, sphen, granat, turmalin v fluorit.Cc thuc phc h C N xuyn ct v gy bin cht sng ho mnh m cc thnh to h tng La Ng ra tip xc, c lin quan n cc biu hin khong sn vng...2.1.2.2. Tt c qung cc m ny u l dng bauxit laterit phong ho t bazan h tng Tc Trng.- M bauxit 1-5: Thuc x Qung Sn, huyn k Glong, tnh k Nng. M c thm d t m vo nhng nm 1987 - 1990. Tng khi lng thi cng: 1401 ging/9973m, ly v phn tch mu rnh cng trnh 9.444 mu. Din tch cha qung 30,72km2, chiu dy qung trung bnh 4,6 m, thu hi tinh qung 43,3%. Tr lng tinh qung l: 97,345 triu tn (1990).- M bauxit Qung Sn: Thuc x Qung Sn, cch m bauxit 1-5 chng 2 km v pha ng. Din tch cha qung 28km2, chiu dy trung bnh 3,3 m; thu hi tinh qung 41%. Tr lng tinh qung 60,6 triu tn (1990).- M bauxit Nhn C: Thuc x Nhn C, huyn k R'Lp, tnh k Nng; cch th x Gia Ngha chng 7km v pha ty. Din tch cha qung 17,2km2, chiu dy trung bnh 2,8m; thu hi tinh qung trung bnh 41%. Tr lng tinh qung l 31,9 triu tn (nm 1990).- M bauxit Gia Ngha: Thuc x Trng Xun, huyn k GLong, tnh k Nng; cch th x Gia Ngha chng 4km v pha ng bc. Din tch cha qung 22,5km2, chiu dy trung bnh 2,7m; thu hi 41%. Tr lng tinh qung 39,9 triu tn (nm 1990).- M bauxit Bc Gia Ngha: Thuc x k Song, huyn k Song; cch th x Gia Ngha chng 40km v pha ty bc. Din tch cha qung l 44,6km2, chiu dy trung bnh 5,2m; thu hi 41%. Tr lng tinh qung 60 triu tn (nm 1990).- M bauxit k Song: Thuc x k Song, huyn k Song, cch m Bc Gia Ngha chng 3km v pha ty bc. Din tch cha qung 29,3km2, chiu dy trung bnh 3,1m; thu hi 41%. Tr lng qung tinh 59,5 triu tn (1990).- M bauxit Tuy c: Thuc x k Buk S, huyn k R'Lp, cch th trn Kin c 35km v pha ty bc. Din tch cha qung 32,2km2, chiu dy trung bnh 3,3m; thu hi 41%. Tr lng qung tinh 68,3 triu tn (1990).- M bauxit o Ngha: Thuc x o Ngha, huyn k R'Lp, cch th trn Kin c chng 6km v pha nam. Din tch cha qung 90,9km2, chiu dy trung bnh 4,4m; thu hi 41%. Tr lng qung tinh 40 triu tn (1990).Qua nghin cu ti liu, chng ti thy rng: vic nh gi tr lng ca Lxov Iu.M v Nguyn Thanh Chu (1986) c tin cy cao hn. Cc tc gi nh gi tr lng ca tng m c da trn nhng cng trnh c th phn trung tm v ngoi suy ra ra xung quanh. Tc gi Sibistov B.V, Phm nh Hin v nhng ngi khc (1990) da trn kt qu thm d M 1-5 so snh vi kt qu tm kim trc y v suy ra tr lng cc m cn li, cha c thm d. Vic suy din ny cn mang tnh ch quan.2.1.5.2. Vng- im qung vng gc k Ha: Nm trn a phn x Qung Sn, huyn k GLong. Hm lng Au: 1,2-1,8g/t. Cng tc nghin cu mc kho st s b.- Vng sa khong k Mong: Dc theo sui k Mong vng tn ti trong cc trm tch b ri thuc thm bc I, bi bi v trm tch lng. Vng, tp trung lp cui si ht th, chiu dy thay i 0,1-1m. Trong mu i trng sa gp vng t 10-25 ht. Ht vng c kch thc 0,1-5mm, dng tm, que. Dn v ang khai thc ri rc.2.1.5.3. Kaolin Kaolin k Ha: Thuc x k Ha, huyn k GLong, tnh k Nng, cch th x Gia Ngha khong 15 km. n "nh gi trin vng kaolin v cc khong sn khc vng k Ha, Khim c, tnh k Nng, ang c on a cht 506 Lin on a cht Trung Trung B thi cng. Mt ct trm tch deluvi quan st ti ging T2-GKT35 (pha bc khu m bauxit Nhn C) t trn xung nh sau:- Lp ph mu vng nht dy 0,3m thnh phn bt st ln r cy.- Lp laterit st mu nu dng si nh kch thc 0,3-1cm ln bt st, dy 0,8m. - Lp laterit st mu nu dng kt vn gn kt kh rn chc, dy 1,4m.- Lp laterit st mu nu , dng ht trn cnh, kch thc 0,3-1,5cm ln st mu nu xm, nu en, chiu dy 2m.- Lp st mu nu , xm tm, mm do, dy 0,8m.2.2.2. c im v phong haDi tc dng ca kh hu nng m nhit i, vi lng ma ko di nhiu thng trong nm. Cc thn qung bauxit u thuc i ny. Hm lng trung bnh ha c bn bauxit laterit nguyn khai trong khu m: Al2O3 40,77%; SiO2 8,02%; TiO2 3,69%; Fe2O3 23,28%. Kch thc ca cc mnh vn v kt vn t 0,5cm n 2-3cm. phn trn ca tng, kch thc cc mnh ln hn (5-10cm) v ph bin cc di tch ca bauxit b gi hnh cng nh cu to dng khi nt dng cu ng tm (bauxit gi cu).Hm lng theo th tch ca cc mnh v kt vn tng t di ln vi % n >30%. Do thnh phn ha cng thay i tng ng t loi alit chuyn dn sang bauxit.- Bauxit dng l hng rng xp kh ph bin, cc l hng thng mo m, nhiu khi c lp y bng cc ht gtit v gipxit dng tinh th mn. mt s l hng v trong nn xut hin c kaolinit dng vy mn to thnh tp hp m mo m.- Bauxit kt vn c mt ch yu cc chn sn dc. Loi ny pht trin phn trn cng ca i laterit cha bauxit nhng khng ng u, ch yu cc nh i. Nhn chung bauxit dng cng kt tng cha nhiu st hn so vi bauxit gi cu nm pha di. Chiu dy t 0m n 2-3m. Bauxit dng kt tng gm tp hp bauxit gi cu ngun gc phong ha. Cc khi cu ny c gn kt yu t vi nhau bng vt cht st c ln cc vn bauxit giu st gi cu. Kch thc ca cc gi cu l t 5-10cm n 0,5m. - Bauxit gi cu c nhiu loi hnh vi mu sc v cng khc nhau, t loi xp vi mu vng n xm sng v loi cng chc mu nu vng giu nhm v cha hydroxyt st. Thng s tp trung nhm hoc st din ra theo quy lut trong ni b cu to v ng tm. Oxyt st phn ln c lng ng trn b mt cc khi v dng cu. Nhiu khi nhn ca bauxit ny mi giai on mm b c mu vng hoc , i khi n cn cha kaolinit (NC. 20580). Nn gm mnh bauxit gi hnh, laterit v vt cht st cha st do s ph hy mnh nhng khu vc ca gi cu cha kaolinit v t gipxit ht nh v mn xm tn trong . 2.2.2.5. Lp th nhngi laterit cha bauxit c ni l hn ln trn mt t, nhng phn ln chng b ph bi lp th nhng. Lp ny thng l st, bt mn, xp mu nu ln t ct sn, mnh bauxit, chiu dy lp t 0-6,5m.

2.3.2. c im cc thn qung cng nghip khu Kin ThnhKhu Kin Thnh nm pha Bc, Ty Bc m bauxit tai khu vc Nhn C bao gm cc thn qung cng nghip sau: TQ6b, TQ6c, TQ6d, TQ7a, TQ7b, TQ7c, TQ8b. Cc thn qung bauxit cng nghip khu Kin Thnh c dng a mo l t hp cc nh v sn thoi lin tc, c phng ko di chung theo phng bc nam hay ty bc - ng nam, b phn ct bi nhng khe sui ngn to ra hnh thi dng a mip vi quy m ln nh khc nhau, cao phn b qung 600-697m. Cc thn qung cng nghip y c chiu di t 0,6-5,6km, chiu rng thay i 0,4-1,5km, qua thng s v modun ng vin cc thn qung cng nghip khu Kin Thnh = 1,09 - 4,86 (bng 2-1) iu cho ta thy cc thn qung cng nghip y c hnh thi t n gin n rt phc tp, din tch trn bnh cc thn qung cng nghip cng rt khc nhau t 0,19 9,22km2. Cc i lateri bauxit trong khu Kin Thnh c khng ch bi 1.845 cng trnh khoan v ging, trong c 1.703 cng trnh nm trong cc thn qung cng nghip, chim 92,3%. Chiu dy trung bnh cc thn qung cng nghip t 2,57-4,09m; trung bnh 3,37m; h s bin i chiu dy cc thn qung t 31,59-51,21%; mc bin i chiu dy cc thn qung t n nh n tng i n nh. H s bin i chiu dy cc thn qung cng nghip trung bnh khu Kin Thnh 41,15% l tng i n nh (bng 2-1). Qung c chiu dy ln thng tp trung phn nh dng vm thoi, phn ra chiu dy gim. Cc cng trnh c chiu dy cng nghip ln tp trung trung tm thn qung. thu hi tinh qung +1mm cc thn qung cng nghip y t 35,21-41,61%; trung bnh 37,38%. (bng 2-3; ph lc 10 quyn 5, tp ph lc 10-3)Cht lng cc thn qung cng nghip tng i ng u trong ton khu Kin Thnh. Hm lng Al2O3, SiO2, Fe2O3, TiO2 v MKN bin i n nh. Hu ht cc cng trnh khng t ch tiu cng nghip u nm phn ra thn qung v cc v tr a hnh dc. Qung bauxit cht lng tt phn b trn cc chm i, nh phn thy, v tr a hnh dng vm thoi, cng ra ven ra cht lng c xu hng gim dn. Theo chiu su t trn xung c s gim dn hm lng Al2O3, v SiO2 tng dn. Trong cc thn qung cng nghip c hm lng Al2O3 tinh qung t 50,58-52,03% trung bnh l 51,12%; hm lng SiO2 tinh qung t 2,83-3,64% trung bnh l 3,35% (bng 2-3, ph lc 10- quyn 4, tp ph lc 10-3). Hm lng cc tp cht c hi thp: P2O5 0,17%, SO3 0,08%, tng cacbon hu c (CHC) 0,12%, Cr2O3 0,06% (bng 2-3, ph lc 6 - quyn 1). Nguyn t him c ngha l V vi hm lng 206(g/tn), nguyn t Ga c hm lng 38,53(g/tn), nguyn t Sc c hm lng l 27,65(g/tn), ngoi ra cc nguyn t khc cn li tn ti di dng vt (bng 2-4, ph lc 6 - quyn 1).
