CHNG 1: C S XY DNG PHNG N1.1. S CN THIT U T ng Nai l mt tnh cng nghip quan trng ca vng KTTPN. Vi cc thun li v v tr a l, giao thng thu b, ngun nhn lc di do v kh nng thng thng kinh t, tnh c nhiu li th trong tin trnh CNH, HH, chuyn i c cu kinh t theo hng cng nghip ch o, m rng th trng xut khu hng ho, thc y tng trng kinh t nhanh v n nh, khng ngng ci thin v nng cao mc sng nhn dn6

a phng. Trong , tnh y nhanh quy hoch, chun b v xy dng c s h tng - k thut cho vic hnh thnh v a vo hot ng cc CCN, KCN, KCX nhm thu ht u t t cc khu vc kinh t khc nhau. Hin nay, nhu cu v cc lai si vi mnh, cc lai si nh Spandex, Nylon, Polyester ti th trng Vit Nam v cc nc trong khu vc l rt ln. Ngoi ra, t nhng iu kin thun li v c s h tng, giao thng, nguyn nhin liu nn CNG TY TNHH HYOSUNG VIT NAM quyt nh u t nh my sn xut cc lai si ti khu KCN Nhn Trch V, huyn Nhn Trch, tnh ng Nai. S gp mt ca cc sn phm dt t cc lai si trn th trng trong nc ni chung v th trng ng Nai ni ring gp phn n nh gi c mt hng ny i vi cc sn phm ngoi nhp. Uy tn v cht lng sn phm ca nh my s ng gp mt phn rt to ln vo phong tro s dng hng ni a, chng cc mt hng nhp lu. CHNG 2: C IM HIN TRNG KHU T XY DNG2.1. V TR A L CA D N D n u t xy dng nh my sn xut cc lai si thuc KCN Nhn Trch V, huyn Nhn Trch, tnh ng Nai. V tr nh my c xc nh nh sau: - To a l: Ta X = 1184198.711, Ta Y = 599591.258 - Ranh gii: Ton b khu t nh my thuc KCN Nhn Trch V trn a bn x Phc Thin, huyn Nhn Trch, tnh ng Nai. Ranh gii khu t nh my nh sau:8

+ Pha Bc gip ng 25 C v khu t trng ; + Pha Nam gip vi ng N3 v khu t trng; + Pha Ty gip vi ng D1; + Pha ng gip ng D2 v Cng ty TEXHONG VIETNAM INVESTMENT LIMITCED 2.2. T trn xung, vi mc ch thc hin thit k xy dng, nn cng trnh chia thnh cc lp t sau: - Lp 1a: t san lp Ct pha Phn b t mt t tr xung n 0,3m (0,5m), dy trung bnh: 0,38 m - Lp 1: St pha, do cng na cng Phn b su t 0,3m (0,5m) n 1,5m (3,0m), dy trung bnh: 2,07m - Lp 2: St pha ln sn si laterit, na cng cng Phn b su t 1,5m (3,0m) n 5,2m (7,5m), dy trung bnh: 4,3 m - Lp 3a: St pha, na cng Phn b su t 5,2m (7,5m) n 8,5m (14,5m), dy trung bnh 4,39 m - Lp 3: St pha, do cng na cng Phn b su t 6,7m (16,0m) n 9,5m (17,5m), dy trung bnh: 3,96 m - Lp 4: Ct pha, cht va, bo ha nc Phn b su t 9,5m (17,5m) tr xung, chiu dy lp ln hn 10,5 m Cc lp t u c sc chu ti trung bnh cao (R tc= 1,4 2,2 kg/cm2), thun li cho vic lm nn thin nhin xy dng cng trnh. Khu vc d n c mc nc ngm nm kh su. Tnh n su kho st 20,0m ti cc v tr h khoan, mc nc ngm nm cch mt t khang 6,8m 7,8m (thi gian kho st vo ma ma, thng 7/2007). Nhit khng kh - Nhit trung bnh hng nm khong 260C; - Thng c nhit cao nht l thng IV: 380C; - Thng c nhit thp nht l thng I: 220C;9

- Nhit ti cao tuyt i l 380C v ti thp tuyt i l 170C; - Bin nhit trong ma ma t 5,5 - 80C, trong ma kh l 5 - 120C. (2). m tng i - m khng kh trung bnh hng nm: 76,6%; - Cc thng ma ma c m tng i cao: 82 - 83%; - Cc thng ma kh c m tng i thp: 70 - 72%; - m cc i tuyt i l 83% v cc tiu tuyt i l 65,2%. (3). S gi nng trong nm - Tng gi nng trong nm 2.350 - 2.600 gi, trung bnh 220 gi nng/thng; - Cc thng ma kh c tng gi nng kh cao, chim trn 60% gi nng/nm; - Thng III c s gi nng cao nht, khong 300 gi; - Thng VIII c s gi nng thp nht, khong 140 gi. (4). Lng ma - Lng ma trung bnh khong 1.800 mm/nm; - Lng ma nh nht l 1.661mm v lng ma cao nht l 2.238mm; - Ma phn b khng u to nn 2 ma ma v kh; - Ma ma t thng V n thng X chim trn 90% lng ma hng nm; - Ma kh t thng XI n thng IV nm sau. (5). Tc gi Mi nm c 2 ma gi i theo 2 ma ma v ma kh. V ma ma t thng V n thng X, gi thnh hnh theo hng Ty - Nam. V ma kh t thng XI n thng IV nm sau, gi thnh hnh theo hng ng ng Nam. Tc gi trung bnh ti khu vc t 1,4 - 1,7 m/s, ln nht l 10 - 15 m/s. Khu vc t chu nh hng ca gi bo, song c th xy ra dng git v l qut.

2.5. IU KIN THY VN Sng Th Vi l ngun tip nhn nc thi ca KCN Nhn Trch V v nh my. Sng c chiu di 76km, bt ngun t huyn Long Thnh (ng Nai) chy qua huyn Tn Thnh (B Ra - Vng Tu) v ra Bin ng ti Vnh Gnh Ri. Ti h lu sng c mt s nhnh ni vi h thng sng Si Gn - ng Nai. Mc d, din tch lu vc sng hp (khong 77km2), chiu di sng nh, nhng do gn bin c bin thu triu ln, vnh su, nn sng c chiu rng ln v su. Chiu rng trung bnh 400 - 650m, su trung bnh 22m, ni su nht 60m. Lu lng sng cc i pha triu rt l 3.400m3/s, lu lng sng cc i pha triu ln l 2.300m3/s. Lu lng sng ma ma l 350 - 400m3/s, lu lng sng ma kh l10

200m3/s, thp nht 40 - 50m3/s. Tc dng chy ln nht c th t ti 1,5m/s.Lu lng 243m3/s, s dng cho mc ch bo v thu sinh. Ch thu triu: Triu ln lc 4 - 9 gi sng v 16 - 23 gi m, triu xung lc 9 - 16 gi v 23 - 4 gi sng hm sau. Sng Th Vi chu tc ng ln ca thu triu t bin v v ang c du hiu b nhim nng do cc ngun nc thi khc nhau. V tr d n nm cao trung bnh > 20m so vi mc nc sng Th Vi, nn khng chu nh hng ca hin tng ngp lt do thy triu.

Xung quanh cc nh xng dt c b tr di cy xanh, thm c dc theo cc tuyn ng ni b; - Khu vc cc cng trnh ph tr nh cung cp hi, h cha nc sn xut, PCCC, khu vc cha nhin liu (du FO), khu x l nc thi, kh thi l hi c b tr khu vc pha Nam ca khu t. 3.3 GII PHP V K THUT XY DNG 3.3.1. Phng n kin trc xy dng Gii php kin trc xy dng chnh cho cc hng mc cng trnh c bn ca d n l mng ct b tng ct thp (BTCT), h khung thp nh tin ch lp ghp, mi lp tole, nn b tng v tng bao che xy gch. Trong , nh vn phng c p dng gii php kt cu chu lc b tng ct thp m bo kh nng an ton i vi khu vc. 3.3.2. H thng giao thng ng giao thng phc v cung cp nguyn vt liu v vn chuyn sn phm c s dng l hai trc ng chnh 319B, ng 25 C v h thng giao thng ni b KCN. Trc ng 319 B l trc ng chnh ca KCN Nhn Trch, hng Bc Nam, i dc ranh pha ng ca Khu t. Mt ng hin hu l 12m, kt cu b tng nha. D kin quy hoch c l gii 61m, tc thit k 60km/h. Trc ng 25 C l trc ng chnh ca KCN Nhn Trch, hng ng Ty, i dc pha Bc ca Khu t. D kin quy hoch c l gii 61m, tc thit k 60km/h. ng ni b chnh - ph ca nh my: tc thit k 20 km/h c kt cu ng l b tng nha cht lng cao. Ngoi ra, trn khu vc d n cn c mt s sn ng b tng dng cho i b gia cc thm c.

3.3.3. H thng cp nc Nh my ly ngun nc t Nh my nc ngm KCN Nhn Trch 1 do Cng ty Pht trin th v Khu Cng nghip vn hnh. Theo thit k nh my nc ngm c cng sut 15.000 m3/ ngy m. Trong c tnh khang 5.000 m3/ ngy m s dng cho Khu cng nghip Nhn Trch I v phn cn li s dng cho Khu cng nghip Nhn Trch V c phn phi bi cc tuyn ng 400, 300. im ly nc pha im u ca d n cch mc LHS1 v pha N2 l 10 m, cch hng ro nh my l 2 m, thng qua ng ng cp nc 300 ca Khu cng nghip Nhn Trch V. Nhu cu s dng c cung cp ti a l 500 m3/ngy. 3.3.4. H thng thot nc ma Nc ma chy trn t mi nh s theo cc ng ng PVC nh cc l thu v cc qu cu chn rc, thot vo mng thu nc ma bng ng nha PVC c b tr dc cc tuyn ng ni b trong khu t nh my. Nc ma t mng thu nc chy v cc h ga tp trung c ming thu nc ma sn ng ni b, v thot vo h thng thot nc chung ca KCN chy ra ngun tip nhn l rch B K v ra sng Th Vi. 3.3.5. H thng thot nc bn 1). Nc thi sn xut Nc thi sn xut pht sinh do qu trnh dt v git si, v sinh nh my, l hi, c thu gom qua cc h ga sau c dn v trm x l nc thi cc b ca nh my x l t tiu chun quy nh ca KCN Nhn Trch V.. Nc thi ca nh my phi m bo tiu chun ct B ca TCVN 5945-2005 mi c thi vo h thng cng thi chung ca KCN Nhn Trch V trc khi thi ra Rch B K sng Th Vi 2). Nc thi sinh hot Nc thi sinh hat l nc thi t qu trnh sinh hat (v sinh, tm, ra) ca cn b cng nhn vin. Khi d n i vo hat ng n nh th s lng cng nhn vin lm vic khang 1.800 ngi. Theo tiu chun xy dng, nh mc nc cp sinh hot l 120 lt/ngi.ngy. nh mc pht sinh nc thi sinh hot l 100 lt/ngi/ngy (tng ng khong 80% nc cp). Lng nc phc v cho sinh hat khang 216 m 3/ngy m, lng nc thi sinh hat c tnh khang 180 m3/ngy m . Nc thi sinh hot ca cng nhn c thu gom v b t hoi x l s b, sau thot ra cc h ga. Nc thi t cc h ga c u ni vo h thng thot nc thi dn chuyn n Trm x l nc thi xng Tire Cord ca nh my. 3.3.6. H thng cp in Hin nay, cc nh my trong Khu Cng nghip Nhn Trch V s dng ngun in 22 KV ly t trm bin p 110/22KV 103MVA Tuy H ti Khu Cng nghip Nhn Trch I. Nhu cu s dng in ca nh my 10.000 KVA/nm.14

3.3.7. H thng thng tin lin lc H thng thng tin lin lc ca nh my s c Bu in tnh ng Nai u t khai thc ng dy thng qua tng i in t ng Nai phc v p ng nhu cu thng tin lin lc trong qu trinh hot ng v sn xut. 3.3.8. 4.2.3 Hng mc cng trnh cp nc Nh my ly ngun nc t Nh my nc ngm KCN Nhn Trch 1 do Cng ty Pht trin th v Khu Cng nghip vn hnh. Theo thit k nh my nc ngm c cng sut 15.000 m3/ ngy m. 4.2.4 Hng mc cng trnh that nc ma H thng that nc ma c xy dng tch ring hon ton vi h thng thot nc thi. 4.3. CNG NGH SN XUT 4.3.1. Cng sut : Cng sut sn xut ca nh my: - Vi si Tire Cord: 9.240 Tn / nm - Vi si Spandex: 15.100 Tn /nm 4.3.2. Cc bin php an ton lao ng - Lp Ban an ton lao ng v bo v mi trng ti cng trng gm trng ban chuyn trch v i din ca mi t thi cng xy dng; - Quy nh cc ni quy lm vic ti cng trng, bao gm: + Ni quy ra, vo lm vic ti cng trng; + Ni quy v trang phc bo h lao ng; + Ni quy s dng thit b nng cu; + Ni quy v an ton in; + Ni quy an ton giao thng; + Ni quy an ton chy n, ... - T chc ph bin cc ni quy cho cng nhn bng nhiu hnh thc khc nhau nh in ni quy vo bng treo ti cng trng, ln tri; t chc hc ni quy; t chc tuyn truyn; thanh tra v nhc nh ti hin trng, ...; - T chc theo di tai nn lao ng, xc nh kp thi nguyn nhn tai nn v p dng cc bin php khc phc kp thi nhm trnh xy ra tai nn tng t; - Lp t bin cm ngi qua li khu lm vic ca thit b nng cu; - Lp h thng bin bo ch dn ng, bin bo an ton giao thng ti khu vc cng trng; - Lp t bin bo cm la ti cc khu vc d gy ra chy n (kho cha nguyn vt liu d chy n, h thng in, ...). 6.3.2. Khng ch v gim thiu trong giai an hat ng 6.3.2.1 Khng ch v gim thiu nhim mi trng khng kh - Ch u t d n s dng cng ngh tin tin, cng ngh mi 100%, dy chuyn sn xut khp kn, t pht thi; - Kh thi t cc nh xng c cc thit b x l t tiu chun mi trng trc khi thi vo khng kh, trong c bit quan tm n vic x l bi, NOx, SO 2 v THC trong kh thi dy chuyn sn xut, l hi nhm bo m tiu chun cht lng mi trng khng kh xung quanh v mi trng lao ng; - Lp t h thng vi phun nc gim nng bi vo nhng ngy nng nng, kh hn; - Trng cy xanh xung quanh cc cng trnh c pht thi kh gy nhim mi trng; - Thc hin nghim tc ch vn hnh, sn xut ch bin nguyn liu v thnh phm, chp hnh ng quy trnh cng ngh nhm bo m an ton sn xut, gim thiu cht thi v nhim ti khu vc nh xng. - Cng tc bo tr thit b, my mc nh k l mt trong nhng cch hn ch nhim ting n do cc khp ni b "r" gy ra; - Trang b phng tin bo h lao ng nh nt bt tai cho cng nhn ti cc phn xng c n cao; - B tr thit b, qui trnh sn xut mt cch hp l trong cng mt phn xng; - Thng xuyn kim tra nh k, bi trn du m my mc, thit b sn xut, cc chn ca thit b phi c b phn chng rung;31

- Xy dng tng cch m, ht m cho cc ng c c cng sut ln. 6.3.2.2. 6.4. CC BIN PHP PHNG NGA V NG PH S C MI TRNG6.4.1. Mt s vn cn phi c thc hin nh: Tin hnh cc bin php v sinh cng nghip cht ch trong cc phn xng sn xut, c bit l phn xng dt, ko si. Cng nhn trc tip lm vic trong cc nh my phi c tp hun, hng dn cc phng php phng chng chy n. u t cc thit b chng chy n ti cc khu vc kho cha hng ho nhin liu. B tr h thng chy n ti xung quanh khu vc sn xut. Lu lng cp nc cha chy m bo 15 l/s cho mt m chy, trong trng hp xy ra ng thi mt lc l 2 m chy (TCVN2662-1995). Ngoi ra m bo lu lng nc khi cha chy khi c s c chy Cng ty s b tr 02 i nc bo m nc ch chy lin tc trong 2 3h. 6.4.2. Phng chng st - Lp h thng chng st cho cc v tr cao ca khu vc d n; - Lp t h thng thu st, thu tnh in tch t v ci tin h thng theo cc cng ngh mi nhm t an ton cao cho cc hot ng ca d n; - in tr tip t xung kch < 10 khi in tr sut ca t < 50.000 /cm2. in tr tip t xung kch >10 khi in tr sut ca t > 50.000 /cm2; - Tin hnh lp t h thng chng st chung cho ton b khu vc d n v tng nh xng, cng trnh kho tng; - S dng loi thit b chng st tch cc, cc tr chng st c b tr bo v khp d n vi cao bo v tnh ton l 10 - 14m; - Tin hnh u t theo tin xy dng c s h tng. 6.4.3. Phng chng r r nguyn nhin liu phng chng v cp cu s c r r nguyn nhin liu dng lng hay kh, Ch u t s phi hp cng cc c quan chc nng kim tra nghim ngt cc h thng k thut trong kho cha, phng tin vn ti v lp phng n ng cu s c, c th nh sau: (1) H thng kho b cha H thng kho cha nguyn nhin liu s p ng y cc tiu chun Vit Nam v k thut, an ton (bao gm cc h thng lm mt, van thot hi, h thng chng st, h thng cu ho, ...). (2) Vn ti v qu trnh nhp xut nhin liu - Thc hin nghim ngt qui nh k thut, an ton trong qu trnh nhp xut nhin liu; - Cc phng tin vn chuyn xng du, nguyn liu lng,.. s c t cch php nhn, cng nh p ng tiu chun an ton, k thut khi vn chuyn trn ng giao thng.39

Ch u t phi hp cng vi cc c quan chc nng lp phng n cp cu x l s c r r, t chc, thc hin din tp cng tc cp cu khi xy ra s c thng xuyn. 6.4.4. Trng Cy xanh trong nh my Cy xanh c tc dng rt c ch i vi kh hu v mi trng. Cy xanh c tc dng che nng, ht bt bc x mt tri, ht v gi bi, lc sch khng kh, ht ting n v che chn ting n, mt khc n cn to thm m cnh quan, to ra cm gic d chu v mu sc cho mi trng. H s phn bc x ca cy xanh thng nh, bng khong cch 0,2 0,3 trong khi h s phn bc x ca mt btng v mt tng l 0,6 0,7. Trong thi gian ban ngy, cy xanh hp th bc x mt tri v ht nc t t ln tin hnh dip lc ho theo cc phn ng: 6CO2 + 5 H2O C6H10O5 + 6O2 674calo hay 6CO2 + 6H2O C6H12O6 + 6O2 674calo Nh vy, ban ngy cy xanh ht bc x nhit, ht CO2 v nh O2, cn ban m th ngc li, nh nhit v kh CO2, nhng qu trnh hot ng sinh l ca cy xanh vo ban m rt yu. Do , lng nhit v CO2 do cy thi ra vo ban m l khng ng k. V vy, nhit khng kh trong cc vn cy thng thp hn ch trng tri 2 3oC, nhit mt sn c thng thp hn nhit mt t trng 3 6oC. Khng kh cha bi kh thi qua cc lm cy th cc ht bi s bm vo mt l do lc ma st v lc ri trng lng. Cc lung khng kh thi qua tn l s b lc cn lm cho tc lung khng kh gim v long i. Do , mt phn ht s ngng ng trn l cy. V vy, c th ni cy xanh c tc dng lc sch khng kh. Cc dy cy xanh trng dc hai bn ng cn c tc dng lm gim s nhiu ng ca khng kh trn ng. Do , gim bt tnh trng bi t mt ng tung bay vo khu vc nh my. Cy xanh cn c tc dng lm gim ting n.
