Phonetics Vowels Pronunciation O (short sound)

A is pronounced as 'a' in about or ‘o’ in object, October, original

a Av is pronounced as ‘a’ in arcade, father, car i (short sound)

B is pronounced as ‘e’ in economy, dEny or as ‘i’ in ignore, Iliad

i C is pronounced as ‘e’ in EdEn, eat or as ‘ee’ in feet or as ‘i’ in police or as ‘y’ in year, yield
