Basic of AC Motors 1

ေမာတာသည လပစစစြမးအငမစကမႈစြမးအငသ႔ေျပာငးလေပးသည။ေမာတာမားက အမမား၊ စးပြားေရးလပငနးမားႏင စကမႈလပငနးမားတြငကယျပန႔စြာအသးျပၾကသည။ ေမာတာမားမညကသ႔ လညသည မညကသ႔ဖြ႔စညးထားသညကေဆြးေႏြးရာတြငနားလညႏငရန ဘာသာရပဆငရာ အသးအႏႈး (Triminology) မားကဥးစြာေလလာသရရပါသည။

Force အားကတြနးျခငး သ႔မဟတ ဆြျခငးဟအလြယေျပာနငသည။လပစစေၾကာငျဖစေပၚ ေသာသလကအား (Electromagnetism) ေျမဆြအား(Gravity) တ႔သည force မာျဖစသည။

Net force ဝထတခေပၚတြငကေရာကသည ေျမဆြအား၊ပြတအားအပါအဝငအားမားက လားရာႏငေပါငးထားသညရလာဒ (Vactor sum of all force)သည အသားတငအား Net Force ျဖစသည။အားမားသညလားရာဘကတလငေပါငးရမည။

ဆနကငဘကအားႏစခကေပါငးပါက အသားတငအားသညၾကးေသာအား၏လားရာအတငးေရြ႕မည။

ဆနကငဘကလားရာအားႏစခသညတညေနပါက Net force သညသညျဖစ၍ သကေရာကခ ပစၥညး သညမေရြ႔ပါ။

Torque လမျခငး (Twisting) သ႔မဟတ လညအား (turning force) ျဖစ၍ သကေရာကခဝထ က လညသြားေစသည။

Torque =Force×Radius

Speed အလငသညေရြ႕လားသညခရးအကြာအေဝးႏင ေရြ႕လားရနလသညအခနတ႔၏ အခ း ျဖစသည။

Speed=Distance/Time

Linear Speed

ဝထတခ၏Linear speed သည ထပစၥညးက အမတတခမတခသ႔ေျပာငးရနအခနမညမၾကာ

သညဆသညအေပၚတြငဆးျဖတသည။အကြာအေဝးကအခနႏငစား၍ meter/second ျဖငေဖၚျပသည။ ဥပမာ အမတ A မ B သည 10meter ကြာျပး 2second အတြငးေရာကပါက၎၏ Linear speed သည 5m/s ျဖစသည။

Angular (Rotational) speed လညေနေသာအရာဝထတခ၏speed သည စတငေသာအမတမ ထေနရာသ႔အေရာက တပတျပညရနၾကာေသာအခနေပၚတြငမတညသည။တမနစအတြငး လညေသာအပတ revolation/second (RPM) ျဖငေဖၚျပသည။ဝထတခသည တမနစအတြငး ၅ ပတလညပါက ၎၏speed မာ 5 RPM ျဖစသည။

Accelaration ဝထတခအေပၚတြငသကေရာကေသာအားကေျပာငးလလကပါက speed ေျပာငးသည။၎သည Accelaration ျဖစသည။speed သည ပ၍ျမငရာမ နမ႔ရာသ႔ေျပာငးပါက Decelaration ဟေခၚသည။

Inertia ျပငပအားတစတရာမသကေရာကသမ ရပဝထတခ၏၊ ၎၏တညျငမအေနအထား လႈပရားအေနအထားတြငဆကလက၍ရပတညႏငသညဂဏသတသည အငနားရားျဖစသည။ pound-food squared (lb-ft2)ျဖငေဖၚျပသည။စကလပကေျဖေနသည (unwider)တခသည လညေနေစသညေမာတာကရပလကေသာလညးလညျမလညေနသညInertia ေၾကာင ျပငပ အားတခမသကေရာကမခငးလညေနသညကေတြ႔ႏငသည။

Friction လႈပရားေနေသာစနစတငးတြင စြမးအငဆးရႈးမႈရသည။လႈပရားမႈကတသမတတညး ရေနေစလပါက ဆးရႈးသြားေသာပမာဏႏငတညေသာ စြမးအငကခနည၍အားတခအျမစက ထတေနရမည။ဆးရႈးေစသညပြတတကမႈမားမာမာmotor ႏင လညပတေစေသာကရယာ မား၏ bearing မားပြတတကမႈ၊ေလ၏ခခမႈေၾကာငျဖစသည (wind losses) ႏင winder,roller စသညလညပတအစတ အပငးသတမား၏ပြတတကမႈမားျဖစသည။

Work အားတခသကေရာက၍အေရြ႕တခရလငအလပတချပးေျမာကသည။အား F သည အေရြ႕ d ကျဖစေစလင

အလပ W=F.d (food-pound) ျဖစသည။

Power အလပျပးေျမာကႏႈးျဖစသည။

Power= (force×distance)/|Time = Work/time

Horse Power Power က food-pound/second ျဖငေဖၚျပျပး Horse Power (HP) ျဖငလညး ေဖၚျပသည။Horse Power (HP) က တဆယရစရာစတြင James Watt ကအဓပၸါယဖြငခသည။ Watt ကေရေႏြးေငြ႕အငဂငမားေရာငးခရာတြင အငဂငတလးသညျမငးဘယႏစေကာင လပအားႏငညမသနညး၊ျမငးဘယႏစေကာငႏငအစားထးႏငသနညးဟေမးျမနးခၾကသည။ျမငး

ကေလာကေစ၍ ဘးကလညေစျပးအေလးတးမားကမတငေစခရာ ျမငးတေကာငသည ပမးမ 550 food-pound က တစကန႔အတြငးမတငနငေၾကာငးေတြ႔ရသည။ထ႔ေၾကာင 1Horse Power သည 550 foot-pound per second သ႔မဟတ 33,000 foot-pound per minutes

ျဖစသည။

Horse power ႏင Torque ၏ဆကစပမႈမာ

HP=T×RPM/5250 ျဖစသည။

Motor မား၏အရြယ Power က HP ျဖင၎ (KW) Kilo watt ျဖင၎ေဖၚျပသည။

KW=0.746×HP

HP=1.341×KW

Single phase motor မား၏ power က KW= (V×I×PF)/1000

Three phase motor မား၏Power က KW=1.732×V×I×PF/1000 ပေသနညးမားျဖငရာေဖြႏငသည။PF သည power factor ျဖစသည။

လသားတ႔သည လပငနးမားေဆာငရြကရာတြင မမခႏၶာကယခြနအားကတရစာၦနတ႔၏ခြနအားႏငအ စားထးချပး ေနာကတဆငတြင ေလအားေရအားတ႔ကအသးျပခသည။ဆယကးရာစတြင Volta က ပထမဆး chemical cell ျဖစေသာ Battery ကတထြငခရာမစြမးအငအသစကရရခသည။Battery မသလက စြမးအား Magnetism ကေဖာထတႏငျပးေနာကဆး လပစစေမာတာကျပလပနငခသည။

Magnetic effect of electricity

ဝနရးတခေပၚတြငလြတလပစြာလညႏငေသာ သလကအမေျမာင (magnetic needle) တေခာငးက လပစစစးဆငးေနေသာဝါယာတေခာငးအနးတြင ထားပါက သလကသညတဘကသ႔လညသြားျပး ဝါယာမ လပစးကေျပာငးျပနစးေစပါက သလကသညလညး ဆန႔ကငဘကသ႔လညသြားေၾကာငး Hans Christian

Oersted က 1819 ခႏစတြငစမးသပေတြ႔ရခသည။

၁.လပစစဓာတစးဆငးေနေသာဝါယာမ သလကလမးေၾကာငးမားထတလပသည။လပစစဓာတအားမ သလကစြမးအားအျဖစေျပာငးလနငသည။

၂.လပစစစးေၾကာငးမ သလကအားလမးမား (magnetic field) ဖနတးႏငျပး၊ထမတဆင အေရြ႕ (motion) က ျပလပႏငသည။လပစစစြမးအားမ စကမႈစြမးအားအျဖစေျပာငးလႏငသညဟေသာေလလာေတြ႕ရမႈ မ

တဆင လပစစေမာတာမားျဖစထြနးေပၚေပါကခသည။

လပစစ (electricity) သည ေရြလားမႈ (motion) ကျပလပႏငသညဆသည Oersted ၏ေတြ႕ရမႈက အသးျပ၍ Faraday က 1821 ခႏစတြင ကမာၻ႕ပထမဆးလပစစေမာတာကတညေဆာကခသည။Platinum ဝါယာ၏တဘကက Battery ငတႏငခတထားျပး ကနတစက သလကေခာငး၏ေဘးတြင လြတလပစြာ (Free-swinging) လညနငေအာင မာကရအတြငးခထားသည။Battery ၏ကနတစက ေဖာဆ႔ကျဖတျပး ျပဒါး (mercury) အတြငးထည၍ ဓာတစးပါတလမးျပညေသာအခါ ဝါယာစ သညအဆကမျပတလညသညက ေတြ႕ရသည။

လပစစဓာတစးဆငးေနေသာ conductor တခ၏ ပါတလညတြင သလကအားလမးေၾကာငး မားျဖစေပၚသည။အားလမးေၾကာငးအနညးအမားမာ လပစးေၾကာငး၏ပမာဏႏငတကရကအခးက သည။ဝါယာအတြငးစးဆငးသည လပစးေၾကာငး၏လားရာႏင ျဖစေပၚလာသညသလကအားလမး ေၾကာငးတ႔၏လားရာမာဆကစပမႈရသည။

Conductor အတြငးလပစစစးဆငးမႈကေဖၚျပရာတြင (+) သည မမမအေဝးသ႔စးထြကျခငးက ေဖၚျပ၍ (dot) အစကသည မမဘကသ႔စးဝငလာျခငးကေဖၚျပသည။

လပစစစးဆငးေနေသာ conductor က coil ပေခြလကေသာအခါ coilတပါတခငးက သလက လႈငး မားထတလပသညအတြကသလကဓာတပ၍အားေကာငးလာသည။ ကြင၏ အလယဗဟက core

အတငဟေခၚျပးေဖၚျပပါ coil မာ air core ေလျဖစသည။သလကအားလမးေၾကာငးမားသည သဘာဝသလကကသပင ေျမာကမေတာင (north pole to south pole) စးဆငးသည။ထ air core coil ၏ဗဟထသ႔ သေပာတး (soft iron) ထညလကေသာအခါလပစစသလကသညပမအားေကာငး လာသည။

Iron core သည လပစစသလကလႈငးမားျဖတစးရန ေလထကခခမႈနညးသျဖင သလက အားပ ေကာငးသည။ထ႔ေၾကာငေမာတာမားသည သအတင၏ slot ေခၚေျမာငးမားတြင wire မားကcoil ေခြ၍ျပလပသည။coil အတြငးစးသည လပစး၏လားရာကေျပာငးေပးျခငးျဖင coil ၏ (Polarity of pole) သလကဝနရးကေျပာငးလႏငသည။

ေမာတာေတြဘယလလညသလ

သလကအားလမးေၾကာငးႏစခတ႔၏တန႔ျပနမႈျဖငေမာတာမားလညၾကပါသည။သသာလြယ ေသာသလကဥပေဒမာ တညေသာဝနရးစြနး (NN or SS) တ႔သညတြနးကနျပး မတညေသာ ဝနရးစြနး (N and S) တ႔သည ဆြငငသည။

ပတြင DC current ေပးထားေသာelectromagnet သည moving armature (rotar) ျဖစျပး Permanent magnetသည ရပတညေနေသာ stator ျဖစသည။တညေသာသလကဝနရးစြနးမား ၏ တြနးကနမႈေၾကာင armature သညစတငလညသည။စတငလည၍ ေရြ႕သြားျပးသညႏင မတညေသာ ဝနရးစြနးႏစချပငးထနစြာဆြျပး သလကႏစခတတနးတညးျဖစခနတြငရပသြားမညျဖစသည။ ထအခန တြင armature current က ေျပာငးျပနေပးလကပါက သလကဝနရးစြနး၏ polarity ေျပာငးသြားျပး တြနးကန၍ဆကလညမည။မတညေသာဝနရးမားတေျဖာငတညးကခနတြင armature current ကေျပာငးလေပးျခငးအားျဖငrotar က အဆကမျပတလညေစသည။armature current ၏လားရာက ေျပာငးလေအာငျပလပေပးေသာအရာမာ Commutator ျဖစသည။

Motor အေၾကာငးအေျခချဖစေသာ Electromagnetism ႏင Motor ၏အဥးအစ အေျခချဖစ သည DC Motor တ႔မညကသ႔လညပတသညကရငးလငးချပးျဖစပါသည။အသးမားသညAC Motor မားအေၾကာငးတငျပသြားပါမည။

AC Motor Construction

Motor မားတြင Rotor, Stator ႏင Enclosure or Housing or frame (ကယထည) ဟ သးပငးပါဝငသည။Stator ႏင rotor တ႔သညေမာတာလညပတေစသညအစတအပငးမားျဖစျပး Enclosureသည၎တ႔ကကာကြယထားသည။

STATOR

Stator မားသညေမာတာမား၏ လပစစသလကပတလမးတြင ခငျမရပတညေနေသာ အစတ အပငး (stationary part) ျဖစျပး ၎က ပါးလႊာေသာသျပား (Laminations) အခပမားစြာျဖငဖြ႕စညး ထားသည။ Lamination ျပလပျခငးျဖင solid core မားထက energy losses စြမးအငဆးရႈးမႈႈ ပ၍နညးပါးသည။ stator core ၏ ေျမာငး (slot) မားအတြငး ေခြထားသည coil တေခြျခငး (Fig.3.)

ထည၍ stator coil အစအေဝး (Fig.4.) ကရရသည။ ststor coil ကတကရကPower ေပးရသည။

ROTOR

Rotor သည ေမာတာ၏လပစစသလကပတလမးတြင လညပတေသာအစပအပငး (rotating part) ျဖစသည။ AC motor မားတြငအသးမားေသာrotor အမးအစားမာ squirrel cage rotor (ရဥေလာငအမရတာ)ျဖစသည။ရတာကလညး (steel lamination sheet) သျပားလႊာမားက စနစ

တကစထပ၍ ဆလငဒါပျဖစေစျပး slot မားအတြငး rotor coil အျဖစ aluminium conductor bar မားက (die cast) ဖအားသးသြနးေလာငး၍တပဆငသည။ထ conductor bar မားကထပႏစဘကမ End ring ျဖငဆကသြယျပး အလယအတငက steel shaft တပဆငထားသည။

ENCLOSURE

အကာအကြယျဖစေသာ enclosure တြင ကယထည (frame or yoke) ႏင အဖးႏစဘကျဖစ ေသာ (End bracket or bearing housing) တ႔ပါဝငသည။stator က ကယထညအတြငးထငထားျပး rotor က shaft မတဆင bearing ႏစချဖငထမးထားသည။ stator ႏင rotor တ႔သညတကရက ဆကသြယမႈမရဘ၎တ႔ႏစခၾကားတြင Air gap ေခၚ ေသးငယေျဖာငတနးသညၾကားကြကလပ တချခားသည။

Enclosure သည ေမာတာ၏အတြငးအစပအပငးမားက ေရႏင ပါတဝနးကငရဝထပစၥညးမား မဝငေအာငကာကြယေပးသည။ Cast iron ႏင Aluminium frame ႏစမးရသည။ဓာတပစၥညးမားႏင အျခားေသာပြနးစားမႈရနငသည Havey Industry မားတြင cast iron ကသး၍အျခားေပါပါးေသာ Pump

ႏင ၤFan မားအတြက Aluminium frame ကသးေလရသည။

NEMA standard တြငmotor enclosure က Open ႏငTotally enclosed ဟ၍ အဓက ႏစမး ခြျပး open drip proof (ODP), totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) စသညျဖငအမညမားျဖင ေဖၚျပသည။ IEC standard တြင ဂဏနးႏစလးျဖငေဖၚျပသည IP (Index of Protection) ျဖင ေဖၚျပ ေလရသည။

Enclosure မားအေၾကာငးက motor selection တြငျပညစစြာထပမတငျပပါမည။

Direct current သး Electromagnet မားသည လပစးေၾကာငး၏လားရာကေျပာငးလျခငးျဖင သလကဝနရးစြနး (Polarity) ကေျပာငးလေစေၾကာငးသရခၾကျပးျဖစပါသည။Alternating current (AC source) အသးျပေသာလပစစသလကမားတြင source ၏ Frequency အတငးေျပာငးလသည၊

AC frequencya ၏အစ Time 1 တြင လပစစစးဆငးမႈမရ၊သလကအားလမးေၾကာငးမား ျဖစေပၚ ျခငးလညးမရပါ။Time 2 တြငလပစးသည positive direction အတငးစးျပး လပစစသလက၏ေဘးပါတ လညတြင သလကအားလမးေၾကာငးမားစတငျဖစေပၚျပး south pole သည အထကတြငရသည။Time 3 တြင လပစးေၾကာငးသည အျမငဆးျဖစျပး သလကအားလမးမား၏စြမးအားသညလညးအျမငဆးျဖစသည။Time 4 တြင လပစစသလကလႈငးမားေလာနညးလာျပး Time 5 တြင လပစးေၾကာငးႏင လပစစသလကလႈငးမရ (Zero) ျဖစသည။

Time 6 တြင လပစးေၾကာငးသည Negative direction အတငးစး၍ လပစစသလကလႈငးမား၏

Polarity ေျပာငးျပး North pole သညအထကတြငရသည။Time 7 တြငအျမငဆးျဖစ၍ Time 8 တြင ေလာနညးလာကာ Time 9တြင Zero သ႔ျပနေရာကသည.။Time 1မ Time 9 သည Frequency တခသာျဖစ၍ တစကန႔တြငအၾကမ ငါးဆယေျပာငးလသည။

Induced voltage

ပ ၂ တြငလပစစသလကတခက AC power ေပးျပး အျခားတခက ၎၏အထကတြငေနရာခထား သည။၎တ႔ႏစခသည တခႏငတခ ထစပမႈမရ။Time 1 တြင လပစစသလကႏစခလးတြင volt ႏင Current မရပါ။Time 2 တြင ေအာကဖကမ circuit က လပစစဓာတေပးရာ လပစစသလကလႈငးမားျဖစေပၚျပး အားလမးေၾကာငးမားသည အေပၚဖကရလပစစသလကကျဖတသနးသည။ထအခါ ထစပမႈမရေသာ အေပၚ circuit တြင voltage တချဖစေပၚျပး လပစးေၾကာငးစးသညကေတြ႔နငသည။

Three Phase AC Motor မားလညပတပ

AC Motor မားတြင AC frequency အလက stator တြငျဖစေပၚသည rotating magnetic field သည ေမာတာကလညေစသညအဓကအၾကာငးျဖစသည။Motor ၏stator တြငလညပတေနေသာသလက အားလမးေၾကာငး (rotating magnetic field)မားျဖစေပၚျပး ၎မ Rotor တြငInduced voltage ႏင သလကလႈငး မားျဖစေပၚသည။ သလကအားလမးေၾကာငးႏစခ၏ဆြငငတြနးကနမႈေၾကာင လြတလပစြာ လညပတ ႏင ေအာင Bearing ႏငတပဆငထားသည Rotor သညေဆကမျပတလညပတသည။

ပတြင Magnetic field သည stator အတြငး clockwise နာရလကတအတငးလညသညကေတြ႔နင သည။Stator winding တြငThree phase power၏ ႏစစကေျပာငးလတပဆငျခငးျဖင magnetic field ၏ လားရာကေျပာငးျပန (anti-clockwise) လညေစသည။Pole သည Phase တခတြင winding ဘယႏစၾကမ

အျခားတမးမာ Motor shaft ၏လညပတမႈကအမနတကယတငးထားသည Actual speed ျဖစသည။Actual speed သည SynchronousSpeed ထကအျမနညးျပး ျခားနားခကက Slip ဟေခၚသည။

Motor name plate တြင Actual speed က Rated speed ဟေဖၚျပသည။ သတမတထားေသာ Supply voltage ေပးထားစဥ ဝနျပည (Fully loaded) ရ rpm ျဖစသည။

Induction motor

အသးအမားဆးအမးအစားျဖစျပး Single phase ႏင Three phase ဟ၍ Type ႏစမးရသည။ ၎ေမာတာသည Rotor တြင DC source ေပးရနSlip ring မပါ၊ျပငပမ ဗ႔အားေပးျခငးမရဘ Stator မတဆင air gap ကျဖတျပး induced voltage ျဖစ၍ rotor current စးျပး magnetic field ျဖစေပၚသည။Stator ႏင rotor တ႔၏magnetic field မားတန႔ျပနမႈျဖငေမာတာလညသည။ထ႔ေၾကာငလပညႈ႕ေမာတာ(Imduction motor) ဟေခၚသည။

Three phase stator winding တြငသးျခားအစ (Group) သးခရသည။Phase ဟေခၚျပး A,B ႏင C ဟအမညေပးသည။Phase တခႏငတခ 120 electrical degree ျခားျပး တခစတြငတညေသာ coil ႏင တညေသာPole မားရသည။Fig.6 သည 4 pole,3 phase ,Y connectionဆကထားသည ေမာတာျဖစသည။

Induction motor မား၏ rotor တြင Squirrel cage rotor ႏင Wound rotor ဟ၍ႏစမးရသည။ စကမႈလပငနးမားတြငsquirrel cage rotor ကအသးမားသည။Squirrel cage rotor သည single bar မားကထပႏစဖကမ End ring ျဖင Short circuit ျပလပထားျဖင ရဥေလာငအမႏငသဒ႑နတသျဖင Squirrelcage rotor ရဥေလာငအမရတာဟေခၚသည။

Stator winding ကPower ေပးေသာအခါ stator တြင rotating magnetic field ျဖစေပၚသည။ထ rotating magnetic field က Single winding ျဖစေသာ rotor bar မားတြငinduced voltage ျဖစသည။ Induced voltage ေၾကာင rotor bar မားတြင Current စးျပး magnetic field ကျဖစေစသည။

Rotor ႏငStator တ႔၏magnetic field မားဆြငငတြနးကနမႈေၾကာင လမအား (torque) ကျဖစေပၚေစသည။၎ Torque ကပင Stator ၏ rotating magnetic field လားရာအတငး Rotor က လညေစသည။အသးမားေသာေမာတာအမားစမာ conductor bar ႏင Short circuiting End rings က Cast-aluminium ျဖငျပလပသည။Rotor resistance ျမငပါက high starting torque ႏင Low starting currentျဖစျပး Rotor resistance နပါက Slip နျပး ဝနျပညတြင စြမးေဆာငမႈျမငမားသည။

Characteristic of Squirrel cage motor

Synchronous speed နးပါး(Low slip) လညျပး constant speed ျဖစသည။Starting current ျမငမားစြာလအပသျဖင Line voltage ကမတညျငမမႈ (Fluctuation) ျဖစေစသည။Power သးၾကးအနကမ ႏစေခာငးကေျပာငးလျခငးျဖင လညပတမႈ direction ကေျပာငးႏငသည။ရပေနစဥ (Stand still) အခနတြင (Phase loss ) ပါဝါတစမရပါက မလညနင။လညေနစဥ Phase loss ျဖစပါက Single motor ကသ႔ဆကလည ျပး ကနPhase ႏစခတြင လပစးႏစဆဆြသျဖင (Over heat) အပခနတကလာမညျဖစျပး ေလာငသြားမည။

Induction ေမာတာမားသည Slip ရေနသျဖင Synchronous speed သ႔မေရာကႏငပါ။အကယ၍ rotor RPM က Field rotation ႏငထပတလညပါကRotor ႏင Field အၾကားRelative motion မရတသမတတညးျဖစေန၍ Voltage induced မျဖစနငပါ။Slip သည Induction motor လညရနလအပသည။Rotating magnetic field ႏင Rotor တ႔၏ Speed ျခားနားခကက Percentage slip ျဖငေဖၚျပသည။

Percent slip = (Synchronous Speed –Actual speed)/Synchronous speedx100

လကေတြ႔တြင Percent slip သည 2~3 Percent ခန႔ရသည။

Motor and Power factor

Power factor သည Actual or true power (Watt) ႏင Apparent power (Volt-amp) တ႔၏အခးျဖစသည။Actual power အခးမားမ power factor ေကာငးျပးဆြယေသာ current က motor က အကးရရ လပေဆာငႏငမညျဖစသည။Motor စလညလင သလကအားလမးမားျပလပရသည Exciting current ႏင Reactive power load သာရျပး ဝနျပညတြင`၎Rective power ႏင ဝနဆြသညActive power တပါဝငသည။ထ႔ေၾကာင Motor မားသည No load အခနႏင Full load အခနႏႈငးယဥပါက No load တြငPower factor ညဖငးသည။ဝနျပည (Full load) တြင ေမာတာအေသးမားသည Pf 70 percent ႏင ေမာတာအၾကးမားသည Pf 90 Percent ခန႔ရသည။လပငနးအတြကMotor size ေရြးခယရာတြင စြမးရည အျမငဆးရရရနအတြက မနကနစြာေရြးခယရမည။Oversized ကေရြးခယမပါက ကနကစားရတပသညျပင စြမးေဆာငမႈည၍ အကးရမညမဟတပါ။

Lock-rotor current and Nuisance tripping

Motor starting ကာလ full load speed သ႔မရာကမ အခနတြင ေမာတာသည Name plate တြငေဖာျပသည full load current ၏ ေျခာကဆခန႔ဆြသည။၎Inrish current က Lock rotor current ဟေခၚသည။Lock rotor current ေၾကာင voltage sag ႏင မးသးမးေခာငးမားတြငမျငမမသက တျဖတျဖတ လႈပခတေစသည Light flicker ကျဖစေပၚေစသည။Sag ဆသညမာ ႏစစကန႔ထကတေသာအခနႏင AC Frequebcy one cycle ထကပေသာကာလအတြငးသတမတပမာဏထကပေသာဗ႔အားေလာကမႈျဖစသည။ Motor starting ကာလတြင Lock rotor current ေၾကာငProtecting device မားကမလလားအပေသာ ျဖတခမႈ Nuisance tripping ကျဖစေစသည။

Single speed and Multi-speed motors

Motor မားက Name plate တြငပါရသည Voltage and Frequency အတငးPower ေပးပါက မေျပာငးလေသာRPM ျဖငလညသည။၎တ႔မာ single speed motor ျဖစသည။Line frequency မာမေသျဖစ

၍ Speed ေျပာငးလပါက winding connection ကေျပာငးလဆကျခငးျဖင Pole ကေျပာငးေစျပးျပလပနင သည။Winding တခတညးႏင Speed ႏစမးလညႏငေသာေမာတာက Consiquent pole motor ဟေခၚ သည။consiquent pole motor မား၏ Low speed သည Hight speed ၏ထကဝကအတအကျဖစသည။ ႏစဆမဟတေသာ အျခားအခးအဆျဖင ေျပာငးလလညလပါက motor တလးတညးတြင winding ႏစမးပါ ရသည Separate winding motor ကအသးျပရမည။

Wound Rotor Induction Motor

Wound rotor induction motor က ဗေတာငပေမာတာဟဘာသာျပနၾကျပး Slip ring motor ဟလညးေခၚၾကသည။Squirrel cage motor ၏မးကြတခသာျဖစသည။Rotor တြငThree phase winding ကပတထားျပး အစမားကSlip ring တြငအဆးသတထားသည။

Slip ring က carbon brush မတဆင starting resistor မားႏငဆကသြယသည။Starting resistor မာက Starting current ႏင Speed ကထနးသမးရနအသးျပသည။Starting ကာလတြင Resistance ကအျပညထညျပး တေျဖးေျဖး (Zero) လးဝေလာခသည။ေလာရာတြငManual or Auto သးႏငသည။Auto တြင ေမာတာအေသးတချဖငတေျဖးေျဖးေလာခႏငသကသ႔ Magnetic contactor ႏင Timer သး၍အပငးလကေလာခႏငသည။

Zero speed မ Full speed တင High starting torque ႏင Low starting current ျဖစသည။ျပင

Wound rotor motor မားက speed အမးမးေျပာငးရနလအပေသာေနရာမားတြငလညးအသးျပ သည။Variable speed drive အျဖစသးမညဆပါက control resistor မားသည ဝနျပညက အခနျပည (Continuous) ခႏငရညရရနလအပသည။ေမာတာက starting ကာလတြငသာ slow acceleration ႏငလညျပး အသးျပရာတြင rated or maximumspeed ျဖငလညလပါက Rated speed ေရာကလင resistor မားကလးဝျဖတခရမည။Load ေျပာငးလလင Speed ေျပာငးသညအတြက constand load မဟတေသာ constant speedလအပသည ေနရာမားတြငမသးပါ။

Three Phase Synchronous Motor

အထးျပလပထားေသာေမာတာျဖစသည။No load မသည Full load အထသတမတ line frequency ႏငအျပင constant speed ျဖငလညသညအတြက Synchronous motor ဟေခၚသည။ Synchronous motor ၏ speed or RPM သည Induction motor မားကသ႔ပင Pole အေရအတြကႏင Line frequency အပၚမတညသည။

Synchronous motor မားသည Self- starting မျဖစ စတငလညနငျခငးမရပါ။သ႔ျဖစ၍ DCPower မေပးမ ေမာတာ၏ Synchronous speed ေရာကလနးအထ ရးရး Squirrel cage motor အတငးလညသည။ ထအခနတြင Rotor က Power ကနညးႏစမးျဖငေပးႏငသည။Rotor က Slip ring မတဆင DC power ေပးျခငးႏင motor ၏ တခတညးေသာ rotor shaft ေပၚတြင DC excitation coil တပဆငထားျခငးျဖစသည။ ဒတယနညးမာ Slip ring မလအပေပ။

Synchronous motor ၏ Rotor coil က Over -excitation ေပးျခငးျဖင Leading power factor ကရရသည။သ႔ျဖစ၍ Power factor correction သ႔မဟတ Supply ၏ Lagging power factor ကေျခဖကမႈ ျပလပႏငသည။Under excitation ျဖငသးပါက Lagging power factor ျဖစျပး Normal excitation တြင Unity power factor ျဖစသည။အဓကတာဝနျဖစေသာ Compressor ေမာငးျခငးကသ႔ လပငနးေဆာငရြက စဥ Power factor ျမငတငႏငသည။Motor က Mechanical load မပါဘ (No load)ျဖငေမာငးျခငးသည

Power factor ျမငတကေစျပး ေငြေရးေၾကးေရးအရအကးရေသာ (Cost effective way) နညးလမးျဖစသည။ လပေဆာငပမာ Static capacitor bank ႏငအတျဖစျပး ထသ႔ (Non-motor) ကသ႔အသးျပေနသညအခါ Synchronous condenser or Synchronous Capacitor ဟေခၚသည။
