    A).Transformer:Current sourceofMachine is state of art heavytransformerof65KVArating.Weusebestqualityofcopper,whichdissipateslesserheat.SomachinedoesnotwasteCostlyelectricityin theformof heat.OnlyAircooling is sufficient.     B).WeldingComputer (MicroProcessor basedController) : It isdesigned indigenouslyasperneedofouroperator.This computersupply constant energy at constant current. Welding processes &parameters are controlled automatically & accurately by speciallydesigned microprocessor. Operator can program 10 programs fordifferentbatteries.allparameterssuchasSqueezeTime,WeldTime,Cooling Time and required Current as per battery size, are fed tocontrollerforbatterysizeandrecallwheneverthatsizeofbattery ismade.Operatorcanalsoseewhichoperatingtimehasbeenlapsedwhichothercontrollersdonotprovide.Hecanalsocommunicate ifanyoftheproblemssohecouldbeguideddirectlywithoutphysicallypresent on the machine. If any type of problem arises it can bereplaced/repairedatnominalcostevenafterwarranteeperiod.
