Frosted CupCakesIngredients 1000g Genoese Cake Mix 400g Water 290g Vegetable Oil Vanilla Rainbow Frosting

MethodPlace cake mix into mixer, add water and oil, and mix for 1 minute on 1st speed. Scrape down and mix for 4 minutes on 2nd speed, followed by 1 minute on 1st speed. Deposit 30g of batter into cupcake cases and bake at 185°C (370°F) for 25 minutes. ToppingPipe a swirl of Frosting of your choice onto cupcakes once cool.

olyMpIC torChesIngredients 1000g Genoese Cake Mix 400g Water 290g Vegetable Oil Vanilla Rainbow Frosting Lemon Rainbow Frosting Red food colouring Flat-bottomed ice-cream cones

MethodPlace cake mix into mixer, add water and oil and mix for 1 minute on 1st speed. Scrape down and mix for 4 minutes on 2nd speed, followed by 1 minute on 1st speed. Deposit approx. 40g of batter into flat bottomed ice-cream cones and bake at 185°C (370°F) for 30 minutes. ToppingMix a little red food colouring into the vanilla frosting, and increase until desired ‘flame’ colour is achieved. To achieve the ‘flame’ effect, place the coloured frosting and the lemon frosting down either side of the piping bag. Once cool, pipe in an upward motion to create a flame effect.

ChoColate Marbled CupCakesIngredients 1000g Chocolate Genoese Cake Mix 400g Water 290g Vegetable Oil Chocolate Rainbow Frosting Vanilla Rainbow Frosting

MethodPlace cake mix into mixer, add water and oil, and mix for 1 minute on 1st speed. Scrape down and mix for 4 minutes on 2nd speed, followed by 1 minute on 1st speed. Deposit 30g of batter into cupcake cases and bake at 185°C (370°F) for 25 minutes. ToppingTo achieve a marbled effect; place Vanilla Frosting and Chocolate Frosting down either side of the piping bag. Pipe a swirl on top of the cupcake and finish with a chocolate decoration.

MethodUsing a planetary mixer and beater mix the Satin Crème Cake Plain Mix, eggs, oil and lemonade for 1 minute on slow then scrape down. Mix for 3 minutes on medium. Deposit into trays or loaf tins depending on the desired finished size. Bake at 160˚c until firm to the touch. Cut into cubes when cooled then dip into the Carat Decorcrem White (45˚c) to coat. Transfer to a tray with the coconut and turn to coat evenly.

Swap the lemonade for your favourite fizzy pop and let the ideas flow!

MethodUsing a planetary mixer and beater mix the Satin Crème Cake Plain Mix, eggs, oil and water for 1 minute on slow then scrape down. Mix for 3 minutes on medium. Place wafer cones in muffin trays and fill to 35g. Bake at 160˚c for 30-35 minutes. Once cooled, top with Topfil Cherry. Beat the White Chocolate Fudge to soften then pipe over the cherry layer. Drizzle with Carat Decorcrem White (45˚c) then sprinkle with Hundreds and Thousands to finish. Create your own flavours
