Ltd - Microchip having various AMC customers and it providing technical hardware support to them and it also the service provider of Acer and premium partner of HP. From October 2009 Till date Working as Sr. Office-Coordinator Reporting to: - Manager - Servicing ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Leading a team of 10 Service Engineers . Handling day to day general queries logged by AMC Customers . Structuring right service engineer at customer place & Coordinating with them till closure of the each complaint. Monitoring emails and sending quotations of chargeable calls to the customers. Ensuring presence / absence of all service engineers & also approving their conveyance. Maintain Filing & stock & also taking care of customer faulty products which come in office for repair,in TRC.(Testing Repairing Center) Taking care of any part which has been demanded from TRC . Taking approval of demanded part from senior’s authorities & after getting approval update to purchase department for the same When demanded part purchased, So update TRC for the same and when customer product ready after repair so dispatch at customer place. Logging call in Acer & HP for under warranty products on behalf of customer. Updating & sending daily up time report to the respective managers.
