Carbon/GFK-Schale

Um Dellen und Kratzer zu vermeiden und die Langlebigkeit unserer Produkte zu erhöhen, haben wir diese mit einer speziellen Downshell versehen.

Aus den Erfahrungen der Vergangenheit und den Ergebnissen unserer Forschung, bei denen wir eng mit unseren Teamfah-rern zusammengearbeitet haben, haben wir ein komplett neues Anforderungsprofil an ein Verstellsystem definiert. Wenn jede Sekunde zählt, ist ein guter Sitz unabding-bar. Ziel war es, ein System zu entwickeln, das den Helm schnell, sicher und dennoch bequem am Kopf hält. Der Einstellmecha-nismus ist besonders klein und leicht, die Größenanpassung geht spielend einfach mit zwei Fingern. Zusätzlich lässt sich das LFS dreifach in der Höhe verstellen, so dass ein optimaler Sitz gewährleistet wird. Eine perfekte Gurtbandführung sorgt für uneingeschränkten Tragekomfort bei Mann und Frau. Mehr Leistung, bei ganzen 15 % Gewichtsersparnis für ein 100 % effizienteres System!

Based on the experiences of the past and the results of our research, in which we have worked closely together with our team-riders, we have defined a completely new require-ment profile for an adjustment system. When every second counts, good fit is essential. The aim was to develop a system that holds the helmet quickly, safely and yet more comfortably against the head. The adjustment mechanism is particularly small and light; it is effortlessly simple to adjust the size using just two fingers. In addition, the height of the LFS can be vertically adjusted to three positions, guaranteeing an optimal fit. Perfect arrangement of the straps ensures unres-tricted wearing comfort for men and women. Higher performance with a 15% reduction in weight for a 100% more efficient system!

In-mold construction

Due to an inner vent channel system the perfect flow of incoming and outgoing air is guaranteed and leads to never before achieved ventilation results.

REPLACEMENTCRATONI ersetzt jeden Helm bis zu einem Betrag von 50 % des empfohlenen Ver-kaufspreises, wenn er nachweisbar durch einen Fahrradunfall unbrauchbar wurde. Dies gilt für den Erstbesitzer in einem Zeitraum von drei Jahren ab Kaufdatum. Labortests sind uns nicht genug. Um wirk-liche Entwicklungsfortschritte in punkto Sicherheit zu machen, untersuchen wir zahllose Crash-Helme und analysieren die Unfalleinwirkung.

CRATONI will replace every helmet at a price 50 % less the suggested retail price when the helmets has verifiable become useless due to a bike accident. This applies to the first owner and for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. We do not rely on lab testing only. Due to our policy of constant improvement in all safety aspects we study each exchanged crashed helmet and analyze crash impacts.
