BILAGA
Inledning
I tabellerna 3.1 och 3.2 i bilaga VI till CLP-frordningen upprknas de farliga mnen varsklassificering och mrkning har harmoniserats i Europeiska gemenskapen. I bilaga VI tillnmnda frordning bestms klassificeringen och mrkningen av mnena i frga samt vid behovkoncentrationsgrnserna och anmrkningarna. mnena i bilaga VI till CLP-frordningen har iCLP-frordningen endast angivits p engelska. P varningsetiketten fr en kemikalie somsalufrs och anvnds i Finland ska namnet p ett mne anges p finska och svenska. Dennafrordning har utfrdats fr skning av dessa finsk- och svensksprkiga namn. Med hjlp avidentifikationsnummer sks mnets klassificering och mrkning i tabell 3.1 eller 3.2 i bilaga VItill CLP-frordningen och drefter sks mnets namn p finska och svenska i denna frord-ning.
Bestmmelser om tidsfristerna fr anvndning av klassificeringarna och mrkningarna enligttabell 3.1 och 3.2 i bilaga VI till CLP-frordningen ingr i artiklarna 61 och 62 i frordningensamt i ikrafttrdandebestmmelsen i lagen om ndring av kemikalielagen (408/2009).
