International Convention Hall
The Bombay Stock Exchange building is one of the most iconic structures in Mumbai andrepresents India’s financial strength across the world as it is one of the most shown-Indianstructures on a global scale.
The Rotunda building that houses the International Convention Hall (ICH) is unique as it usedto be trading floor of the exchange almost two decades back, before trading went fullyelectronic. Having seen a lot of action over decades, today it is one the best knownlandmarks in Mumbai financial district.
Uniquely round-shaped from the outside, the tall ceiling of the hall compares to that of a largetemple structure. Large enough to house a crowd of a thousand people, with marvelousinteriors, there is an ambience of a reverence and timelessness. Witness to more eventsthan any one can possibly see in a lifetime, it is an honor to speak within the hallowedwalls of this institution.
The International Convention Hall is today one of the largest, centrally-located and well-equipped facilities in Mumbai’s downtown area. As most of the financial and corporatepowerhouses are also located in the vicinity, the ICH becomes a prime venue for hostingany significant event.

Centre situated on the 1st floor of the BSE
building.
The awning maybe used to welcome the
dignitaries to the convention as well as for
announcing the event.

The International Convention hall is located in the
heart of India's financial business district.
Located in the BSE Building, the International
Convention Hall can be easily reached from
Churchgate or CST (VT) railway stations.
The BSE building enjoys proximity to the bustling
business district of Mumbai including Nariman
Point, Flora Fountain and Fort.

The Atrium
The circular canopy coloured by a high ceiling
dome makes an ideal venue for displaying the
company's products/ services. The lighting of
the International Convention Centre can be
adjusted in accordance with the mood of the
convention in progress.

International Convention Hall offers vantage

The International Convention Hall is
circularly arrayed with a capacity of around
1000 persons. The International Convention
Centre boasts of plush seating arrangements
and floor to floor carpeting which add to the
rich and dignified ambience.

The Podium
The wood paneled podium in its entire
splendor and grandeur provides an
aesthetic platform for speakers. The
International Convention Centre is
equipped with state of the art
audiovisual systems.

Screens
LED Screens: Two LED Screens, with two of these being by the side of the imposing podium and one exactly at the
rear end for viewing convenience of visitors and panelists. The two large screens can be used for presentations and
video display.
Connectivity: is provided for laptops, desktops and beta players along with high-end audio visual systems.

Dias View
Backdrop: The BSE Logo serve as a eye
catching point and can be used to highlight
the company's logo and its products/
services.
The Dias: can easily accommodate 8 - 9
dignitaries. The inaugural lamp lighting
ceremony can also be carried out in front of
the Dias.

LCD Screens
LCD Screens: The venue is also equipped
with 6 LCD screens, 3 screens on either
sides of the Dias. All the screens are
centrally connected through a Laptop. Any
type of Audio Visual can pe played on this
screens via a Laptop.
