Facilita l'assemblaggio della staffa con

tiranti, campanelle, occhio di ganci direttamente dentro l’anello del golfare RLP orientabile.

• Vite a testa esagonale per un facile assemblaggio/smontaggio per mezzo di una ordinaria chiave fissa.

• Il golfare RLP può ruotare di 360° sul piano orizzontale e contemporaneamente di 180° sul piano verticale.

• Realizzato in materiale con grado 8+, permette un maggior carico di lavoro rispetto al grado 8 e ai golfari maschi tipo DIN 580.

Webbing colour and working load

The flat woven webbing slings in this catalogue are made from adouble flat webbing in polyester thermofixed, two layers sewn , withreinforced eyes at both ends coloured and labelled in conformity toEN 1492-1 and EN 1492-2.

Each webbing sling is delivered with mark and certificate ofconformance according to DPR 459 as per EEC directive 89/392and subsequent modifications.

Duplix slings characteristics

The core of DUPLIX round slings consists of polyestermultifilaments, bundled in parallel and lapped.This gives the core an enourmous tensile strength.

The special dense weave of the 2-part covering layer is particularlyresistant to abrasion and long lasting.

The colour of the outer covering indicates the sling's load capacity;the inner covering is always coloured black, so that any possibledamage becomes immediately visible.

Lifting belt slings characteristics

The lifting belt slings are especially for use in marine sector.

The innovation is a new revolutionary rope technology: parallelbraiding.

All the disadvantages of conventional braided core / sheat ropes, likesheath slippage or sheath crunching, are nonexistent and you getropes that are safer and last longer.

Le fasce di sollevamento presenti in questo catalogo sono costituiteda un doppio nastro di poliestere termofissato, cucito in doppiostrato, con asole rinforzate alle estremità e nei colori previsti dallenorme EN 1492-1 e EN 1492-2.

Ogni fascia è provvista di marcatura di certificati di conformitàin accordo con il DPR 459 e con la direttiva macchine 89/392 esuccessive modificazioni.

Caratteristiche delle brache tipo Duplix

L’anima del tipo DUPLIX è costituita da multifili in poliestere parallelilegati in fascio ed avvolti ad anello. Questo dà all’anima del tiranteuna resistenza alla trazione molto elevata.

La tessitura fitta e speciale della seconda parte della guaina èparticolarmente resistente all’abrasione, garantendo maggior durata.

Il colore della guaina esterna indica la capacità di carico del tirante;la copertura interna è sempre di colore scuro, così che ognipossibile danno sulla guaina esterna sia immediatamente visibile.

Caratteristiche delle fasce tubolari piatte

Le fasce tubolari piatte sono sono specialmente indicate per uso nelsettore marino.

Il nuovo tirante piatto è un’innovazione tecnologica ed è costituito dafasce tubolari parallele.

Tutti gli svantaggi dovuti al tradizionale intreccio delle funiinguainate, come lo slittamento nella guaina o lo schiacciando dellostesso, sono inesistenti. Si ottengono così tiranti flessibili più sicuri edi maggiore durata.

The EN Specifications define that the admissible tension force of theweb lashing has to be declared maximum the 50% of the workingload limit.

The minimum breaking load of the web lashing capacity must be twotimes of the tension force.

With reference to the admissible tension force of the web lashing, itis important to ackowledge the way it is used: straight lashing or looplashing. In the loop lashing the force is two times higher.

La normativa European Standard EN 12195 definisce che la forza ditrazione ammissibile della cinghia di ancoraggio deve esseredichiarata al massimo pari al 50% del carico di lavoro.

Il minimo carico di rottura della cinghia deve essere due volte laforza di trazione.

Con riferimento alla forza di trazione ammissibile per una cinghia, èimportante verificarne il tipo di utilizzo: se ad anello continuo o atrazione diretta. Nel caso dell’anello continuo ad esempio la forza èdue volte maggiore.

N.B.: Per ogni tipo di informazione e per calcolare le forze diancoraggio, fare sempre riferimento alla norma EuropeanStandard EN 12195 - Parti 1 e 2.

Sicurezza durante il trasporto su strada

Tenuto conto delle maggiori esigenze in materia di sicurezza sustrada, il corretto fissaggio dei carichi è di essenziale importanza.

Le differenti forze (longitudinale, trasversale e verticale) generate daltrasporto, hanno un impatto sul carico, è quindi importante che detteforze siano bilanciate da mezzi di ancoraggio adeguati e in secondoluogo che vengano trasmesse al telaio del veicolo. Per questaragione il veicolo deve possedere dei punti di fissaggio specifici.

Il riferimento di questa materia si trova nella norma EuropeanStandard EN 12195 - Sistemi di ancoraggio dei carichi nei veicolistradali:• Parte 2 - Cinghie di ancoraggio• Parte 1 - Calcolo delle forze di ancoraggio.

Lashing safety for road vehicles

On account of the strict requirements in road safety procedures, theproper lashing of the loads has achieved an essential importance.

The different forces (longitudinal, trasverse and vertical) involved inthe transport effect the load so that it is important first that they arebalanced by means of lashing elements and secondly that they aretransmitted to the chassis of the vehicle. As a consequence thevehicle has to be equipped with proper clamping elementsexpressely for that reason.

The conclusion of the studies regarding the forces involved on thelashing items during transport are resumed by European StandardSpecifications EN 12195 - Load restraint assemblies on roadvehicles:• Part 2 - Web lashing made from man-made fibres• Part 1 - Calculation of lashing forces.
