The Welsh Government has put plans in place to make sure you continue to receive the medicines you need after Brexit.

Mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi rhoi cynlluniau ar waith i wneud yn siŵr bod cyflenwadau o feddyginiaethau yn parhau i fod ar gael ar ôl Brexit.

1. Continue ordering medicines as you normally do.

2. Keep taking your medicine in the way it was prescribed for you.

If your usual medicine isn’t available an alternative one may be given to you.

If you have any concerns talk to your pharmacist.
