DESCRIPTION

Определение уровня корпоративного управления, сложившегося в среднемсреди российских компаний, включенных в исследование, и проведениесравнительного анализа динамики развития основных компонентов практикикорпоративного управления в данных компаниях.2. Выявление основных аспектов практики корпоративного управления, вкоторых наиболее заметно проявилось ее улучшение.3. Выявление наиболее проблемных аспектов практики корпоративногоуправления, требующих усиления внимания к ним со стороны акционеров,менеджмента, потенциальных инвесторов и других заинтересованныхсторон.4.
