レギュレータは蒸気、ガス及び液体用のレデューシ

ング、バックプレッシャ、差圧及びローディングサ

ービス用のバルブです。

これらは広い工業分野の用途をカバーしています。

ネルも準備されています。

メーソンネーランは常に製品に欠陥のないよう製品

検査を行っております。それは製品の当たり外れの

ないようにせねばならないからです。

今日、多くのレギュレータメーカーではサンプルテ

ストをするだけで出荷されております。

しかし、メーソンネーランではレギュレータの各々

が確実に作動するように出荷前に全てのレギュレー

タをテストしております。

535C 型は気体、液体、飽和蒸気、過熱蒸気を正確に減圧す

るために設計されたプレッシャレギュレータです.。サイズは 1/2B、3/4B、１B、11/2B 及び２B があり、それぞ

れフルサイズトリムと比較的少ない流量を制御するためのレ

デュースドトリムとが用意されています。標準の複座レギュ

レータでは不都合な用途或いは単座弁の締切性が必要な用途

に採用されます。

The Model 535C pressure regulators are especiallydesigned to provide accurate reduced pressurecontrol of gas, liquid, saturated and superheatedsteam.They are available in sizes 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1-1/2” and2” with full area and reduced trim to handle theSmall-to-moderate flow applications not suitable inthe conventional full area double-seated regulatorsand applications where single seat shut-off isrequired refer to page 7 through 9 for actuatorselection.

リングダイヤフラム式アクチュエータにあります。ナイロ

ン補強ネオプレンダイヤフラムによってスムースで繊細な

作動が確保されます。

Spring Diaphragm Actuators500 Series regulators feature a spring-diaphragm actuatorwhich is not affected by the fluid temperature. Nylonreinforced neoprene diaphragms permit smooth, sensitiveoperation.

一定に保ちたい用途に使用します。

代表的なアプリケーションとしては蒸気駆動のポンプ

の吐出圧力を基準の圧力以上のある設定値に制御する

用途、或いはシーリング圧をコンプレッサのケース圧

力以上のある設定された値に保つコンプレッサベアリ

ングシーリングサービスなどがあります。

500-50R 型差圧レギュレータは 500-50 型同様にあ

る基準圧力と別の圧力との差圧を制御するものです

が、アクチュエータの作動のみが異なります。500-50 型のアクチュエータはスプリングによってステ

ムを引き上げているのに対して、この 500-50R 型

のアクチュエータはスプリングの力によってステム

を押し下げます。

535C 型レギュレータはトップガイドの単座弁であ

るためボデーを反転して作動を変更できませんの

で、この逆作動アクチュエータと組み合わせてバッ

クプレッシャサービスに使用します。

30 型の背圧及び減圧バランス形弁は直動形の空気負荷

式自力制御弁であります。構造は高容量の複座平衡形

の弁本体を使用し、ほとんどの自力圧力制御弁に有る

ような調節ネジ又はスプリングを使わずに設定点を設

定するための空気を利用します。この負荷圧力を使用

することによりスプリング式にあったような誤差を生

じることもなく、非常に正確な制御をすることができ

ます。更に、離れた位置から自力弁に対して設定圧力

を調整できます。

30 型自力弁はガスバーナ、ガスエンジン、ボイラ等に

送る燃料のような 65℃迄の温度及び低圧サービス用に

設計されております。本弁には減圧又は背圧制御弁が

有ります。ダイアフラムケースは制御するプロセス圧

力と負荷圧力との比が 1 対１、1 対 2、2 対 1 のものが

製作可能です。

負荷圧力は上部のダイアフラムケースに接続し、制御

するプロセス圧力は減圧サービスの場合は弁下流配管

より、背圧サービスの場合は弁上流配管より下部のダ

イアフラムケースに接続します。

30 Series Pressure Balanced Valves30 Series back pressure and reducing balanced valves aredirect operating, air loaded, pressure regulators. Thedesign features a high capacity, double seated, balancedmain valve and utilizes an air signal (or loading pressure)from an air set or control panel to establish a set point inplace of the place of the adjusting screw and spring foundin most pressure regulators. The use of a loading pressureprovides for very accurate control by eliminating the droop(error) associated with a spring and provides the capabilityfor changing the set pressure on the regulator from aremote position.

30 Series regulators are designed for low pressure serviceat temperatures up to 65°C, such as fuel to gas burners,gas engines, boilers, etc. They may be used as reducingor back pressure regulators. Diaphragm caseconfigurations are available which provides a ratio ofloading pressure to controlled process pressure of 1 to 1, 1to 2, or 2 to 1.

The loading pressure is piped to the upper diaphragm caseand controlled pressure is piped from either thedownstream line for reducing service or the upstreamline for back pressure service to the bottom diaphragmcase.

30-3 は一枚のダイアフラムの構造で、負荷圧力と制御圧力

との比を1対1にします。制御圧力が負荷圧力とプラグ、ス

テム、ダイアフラムプレート等の重量に依って発生する力を

加えたものと等しくなった時にバルブはバランスします。

30-6 は二枚の同じ寸法のダイヤフラムが有る以外は 30-3 と

同じです。この構造は下部のダイヤフラムが破損した場合、

負荷装置を汚損しないよう保護しております。

30-4は二枚のダイアフラムの構造で負荷圧力との比を1対2にします。

制御圧力が､負荷圧力とプラグ、ステム、ダイアフラムプレ

ート等の重量に依って発生する力を加えたものの２倍になっ

た時にバルブはバランスします｡

No. 30-3 has single diaphragm construction whichprovides a 1 to 1 ratio between air loading pressure andcontrolled pressure. When the controlled pressure equalsthe loading pressure, plus the force exerted by weight ofthe plug, stem and diaphragm plates, the valve isconsidered balanced.

No. 30-6 is similar to No. 30-3 but contains two equallysized diaphragms. This construction provides protection tothe loading system against contamination in the event ofleakage by the lower diaphragm.

No. 30-3R ; 30-6R are the back pressure versions of theNo. 30-3 and 30-6.

No. 30-4 has two diaphragms sized to provide a 1 to 2 ratiobetween air loading and controlled pressure.When the controlled pressure is approximately twice theloading pressure, plus the force exerted by the weight ofthe plug, stem and diaphragm plates, the valve isconsidered balanced.

30-4Rは30-4に対する背圧サービス用のものです。

30-5 は大きなダイアフラムと小さなダイアフラムが逆にな

っている以外は 30-4 と同じで、負荷圧力と制御圧力との比

を2対1にします。制御圧力が負荷圧力とプラグ、ステム、

ダイアフラムプレート等の重量に依って発生する力を加えた

ものの１/２になった時にバルブはバランスします。

30-5Rは30-5に対する背圧サービス用のものです。

負荷圧力を変更することにより制御するプロセス圧力はそれ

に応じた圧力に変化します。

蒸気サービスの場合には、レギュレータはアクチュエータが

下になるように据え付けます。そうすることによってダイヤ

フラムは凝縮水によって保護されることになります。それ以

外の場合は、適切なバリアを設ける必要があります。

流体の温度が 100℃を超える用途に 500、500-50R シリーズ

のレギュレータを使用する場合には、高温の流体がダイヤフ

ラムに触れることを防ぐために、下図のようなシールポット

を設けます。高温流体の圧力はシールポットの中で常温のシ

ール液の圧力に置き換えられてダイヤフラムに導かれます。

シールポットを設けるときには、ポット内部、ダイヤフラム

室内及び導圧管はシール液で満たして下さい。

プロセス流体が標準ダイヤフラムに対して好ましくない場合

には、ダイヤフラムの上にテフロン製のダイヤフラム・プロ

テクタを装着します。これにより、流体は直接ダイヤフラム

に触れることがなくダイヤフラムの寿命を長く保ちます。

On steam service, the regulators should be installed withthe actuator down so that the diaphragm will be protectedby a condensate barrier. If installed otherwise, anadequate condensate barrier must be incorporated.

Seal PotIn case of 500, 500-50R series regulators are used for thefluid of high temperature over 100℃, Seal Pot will beinstalled below drawing to prevent the fluid fromcontacting with the diaphragm. Teflon Diaphragm ProtectorsTeflon diaphragm protectors are available for applicationswhere the process fluid and standard diaphragm are notcompatible. Teflon protector will be put onto thediaphragm for long life to prevent the diaphragm fromcontacting with the fluid directly.
