3. EWEC development needs to be connected with South-South Corridor, particularly the connectivity to Karnchanaburi - Dawei Route and Dawei Port Development Project in the South of Myanmar. In addition, it should utilize the potentiality of main regional port, such as Laemchabang, Hai Phong, Danang and Sihanoukville.

4. Supporting Model City and develop Border Town. In case of Thailand, there is a proposal project to support Maesod-Myawadee and
Aranyaprated-Poipet as the border co-production and manufacturing investment,
Nakornpanom-Khammouan, and Mukdaharn-Sawanakhet will be established as the co-tourism model city.
For Logistics, Model City Project offered to develop Karnchanaburi - Baanpunamron as the border town connecting to Dawei Port in Myanmar

6. The development of business along EWEC Border shall have the integrated strategic plan. Frontier province strategy which
needs to integrate for macro perspective while harmonizing with the national plan.
The local organization shall make the local strategic plan which shows the strong point and the advantage from development and to reduce the vulnerability.

Transport Connectivity within East-West Corridor The regulations relevant to
CBTA, rules, trade and transport facilitation have not the connectivity.
The regulation of each country cannot be implemented efficiently.
