HORA DE LLEGADA

Para nuestros Masajes, Rituales de Autor y Packs de Autor, recomendamos

llegar 20 minutos antes para disfrutar y relajarte en nuestro Jacuzzi ya

que está incluido. Para el resto de tratamientos es suficiente con llegar 10

minutos antes de tu cita.

ETIQUETA SPA

El jacuzzi está disponible bajo reserva previa. Contamos con albornoces y

zapatillas a tu disposición de la zona de spa. El uso del bañador es

indispensable. Los menores de 18 años deberán estar acompañados por un

adulto. Agradecemos se respete laprivacidad y tranquilidad de los clientes.

El Spa es un área restringida para móviles y fumadores.

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN

Cualquier cancelación realizada con menos de 24h se cargará el 50% del valor

del tratamiento. Con menos de 12h se cargará el 100%. Para garantizar la

reserva se requerirá del número de tarjeta de crédito o de habitación.

ARRIVAL TIME

For our Massages, Signature Rituals and Signature Packs, you are encouraged

to arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment in order to relax and enjoy

our Jacuzzi since it is included. For other treatments we recommend

10 minutes before your appointment.

SPA ETIQUETTE

The jacuzzi is available upon reservation. We have bathrobes and slippers

at your disposal in the spa area. The use of a swimsuit is mandatory.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please respect all Spa

guests’ right to privacy and serenity. The Spa is a mobile phone and

smoke free zone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged with 50% of the treatment

amount. Within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge. A credit card or room

number will be required to secure all bookings.
