The JTI Just To Install acronym indicates a type of

medium voltage switchgear for primary and secondary

distribution featuring very rapid delivery and putting into

service.

The customer usually receives the UniMix JTI switchgear

within two weeks.

By means of a product configuration which allows the

preparation of precise and rapid estimates, the customer

receives complete proposals and is relieved of the task

of preparing the technical specifications and design

drawings.

UniMix JTIDesigned and built for industry customers

The UniMix JTI switchgears are based on the standard

switchgear design and have a range of types that can satisfy

even partial installation requirements, thanks to both their

electrical characteristics and the standard accessories

supplied.

UniMix JTI switchgears are always fitted with mechanical and

electro-mechanical interlocks in accordance with IEC 62271-

200 standards, and are available with gas and vacuum circuit-

breakers; all the solutions have the incoming unit complying

with the CEI 0-16 standard and involve the use of the

onboard circuit-breaker relay REF601 (see warning page 3),

or alternatively, the REF542 plus unit as the protection unit.The technical design documentation is immediately available

and the customer gives official approval of the project during

the offer stage.

The transformer box unit is only avai lable in the standard

version. The transformer box is made of galvanised sheet

with the doors painted standard RAL 7035, is supplied in an

assembly kit and can be fitted with internal lighting. Please

contact us for transformer boxes of different sizes.

After having defined the type of transformer box unitaccording to the total transformer losses, it is necessary to

check that the transformer box unit dimensions are sufficient

to ensure adequate insulation d istances.
