    ip DPCCH t UE, ty vo gi tr ca trng TPC n quyt nh tng hay gim cng sut mtkhang delta.

    Tuy theo thit b v nh sn xut, gi tr delta c th l 0.5dB, 1dB, 1.5dB hoc 2dB, cng nhngi vn hnh c c can thip vo cc thng s trong cc u trnh ny hay khng!     Bc 4: BTS khi to ngun ti nguyn lp vt l v lp gii php tranh chp LAPDm (nhmtrnh trng hp 2 MS kt ni n cng 1 knh D) sn sng cho bn tin MS u tin trn knhD, sau gi BSC bn tin channel_activation_ack . BSC s dng khong thi gian bo v.

    Bc 8: Establish Indication :BTS gi bn tin establish-indication n BSC bo MS kt ni. BSC chm dt khong thigian bo v, trch thng tin trong CM v khi to kt ni SCCP vi MSC.

    Bc 9: Kt ni SCCP :BSC gi bn tin SCCP-connection-request n MSC.

    Bc 10: MSC tr li bng bn tin SCCP- connection-confirm. Bn tin ny c th cha 1 yucu CM hoc 1 lnh mt m . ng bo hiu c thit lp giaMS v MSC.
