T-TAS®plus専用試薬
CaCTI (4%添加用) 品番 : TR0101
容量 : 0.6mL
成分 : CTI (コーン由来トリプシンインヒビター) ,CaCl2
希釈液 : 5mM Hepes, 0.15M NaCl (pH7.4), 0.05% アジ化ナトリウム
形状 : 液体(-20℃凍結品)
保存 : -20℃以下
安定性 : 製造日より 1年間、融解後は 4℃で 6 ヶ月安定
凍結融解の繰り返しは避けてください。
使用方法: AR チップ測定時に、本試薬 20μL に対し血液 480μL を加える。
(最終濃度は、CTI が 50μg/mL、CaCl2が 12mM となる)
使用上または取扱上の注意
1) 融解時にまれに白濁することがあります。
その際は、十分に室温に戻し沈殿物を溶解させてからご使用ください。
2) 4℃にて保存中、浮遊物が生じることがあります。
その際は、遠心した後の上清をご使用ください。
3) 本試薬は、研究用試薬です。T-TAS測定以外には使用しないでください。
4) 本試薬は、アジ化ナトリウムを 0.05%含有しています。
取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
5) Lot番号は、ボトルに記載してあります。
また lot番号の上6桁は、製造年月日を示します。

Formulation : Liquid (-20℃ freezing)
Storage instruction: Freezing reagent is stable for 1 year when stored at -20℃.
Thawing reagent can be stored at 4℃ for 6 months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Usage summary: Place 20μL of reagent in each tube and add 480μL of blood in measurement of AR chips. (Final concentration; CTI: 50μg/mL, CaCl2: 12mM)
Note
1) When thawing this reagent, sometimes white precipitate appears. Suspend till completely clear, standing at room temperature before use.
2) Should this reagent contain a precipitate when stored at 4℃ we recommend centrifugation before use.
3) This product is for research use only. It is not intended for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures for humans or animals.
4) This reagent contains 0.05% sodium azide. Please handle with care. 5) Lot number is printed on the bottle.
