Edith L. Tiempo (April 22, 1919 – August 21, 2011), Tiempo was born in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. She was a poet, fiction writer, teacher and literary critic. She was a Filipino writer in the English language. Mrs. Tiempo married another well-known writer, Edilberto K. Tiempo. Well-known for her poems, short stories and novels, Dr. Tiempo and her husband also used to teach in Siliman University.
