A two floor facility designed to provide office space for software development and testing of their banking software.

These two floors will need accommodations for 100 employees per floor, with enough infrastructure to eventually serve 180 per floor. Each

floor will consist of two lab rooms that will host 80% of the total employee population in cubicles, with the remaining 20% residing in

offices.
