¡ DEVOLUCIONES / RETURNS:

No se admitirán devoluciones de material transcurridos 15 días a partir de su fecha de recepción por el cliente. HyDRAFIX S.A. exclusivamente admitirá devoluciones con su previo consentimiento escrito. De lo contrario el comprador verá devuelta a cargo de él la mercancia. En la comunicación de la devolución por parte del comprador deberá señalarse motivo y referencia de la factura de com-pra, junto al albarán listando lo devuelto. Únicamente podrán serle devueltos a HyDRAFIX S.A. , los artículos incluídos en su catálogo en vigor. Lo devuelto deberá enviarse sufragan-do los gastos el cliente y tendrá al menos un 20% de cargo por manipulado. Los gastos de transporte serán por cuenta del cliente.No returns will be accepted after 15 days from its reception at customer’s. HYDRAFIX S.A. will only accept returns previously authorised in writing. On the contrary, merchandise will be re-send to the customer’s, freight collect. For all returns, customers must indicate the reason causing it and the invoice reference, adding delivery note listing all goods returned. HYDRAFIX S.A. will only accept returns of products appearing in current catalogue. Returns will get a 20% charge for handling cost. Freight cost for returns must be met by customer.
