In God We Trust

Welcome to the CATT 1st Response Crusader Advanced Tactical Training Program

In God We Trust

Kevin L. PresnellPresident

CATT 1st Response is a platform for Civilian Training “Behind the Wire”. Based on a strategic

partnership agreements with the National Center for Complex Operations (NCCO), CATT is

approved to offer a comprehensive platform of resiliency training and educational opportunities,

conducted at restricted access, world class, fully modernized military training facilities, Our Motto

is “Protect the House”! Our Philosophy is “Complacency Kills, Don’t Die Stupid”!

At CATT we believe the 1st Responder is YOU! Proper Resiliency training and Situational

Awareness have everything to do with avoiding a situation, prevent it from happening and/or

reducing the severity of it when it does. In addition, being aware of how to interact with the

2nd Responders when they arrive (such as Law Enforcement, Firemen, Paramedics, etc.)

as they cannot be at every situation when it happens. It is up to YOU to decide if you want to be

prepared in the event of a bad situation. You cannot buy Insurance for everything...

ARE YOU PREPARED?

We believe our strength lies in our personnel. Our cadre, senior cadre, instructors,

subject matter experts and pro-staff are some of the most trained, talented and

experienced professionals in the world. Each have different, yet relevant, skill sets.

Our Cadre have served tours in combat, many of them multiple times. Some have been

injured in battle. All are competent, quiet professionals. CATT’s Law Enforcement

and 1st Responder cadre have multiple years of experience in their field and

include sworn Law Enforcement officers, SWAT, EMT and other medical

professionals and licensed health care providers.

Many of CATT’s 1st Response training programs will be accredited.

Participants can receive elective college credits to apply toward a degree

program. In addition, CATT has a resource network of experts to advise,

assist and mentor its participants through the process of choosing a program of higher education.

These resource experts provide guidance throughout enrollment, class selection and the tutoring

process. It is our goal to help those in need earn a productive life.

We look forward to Training with you!

A Taste Of the Military (ATOM)This course offers an appreciation for our Military History

and the assessment of our current Armed Forces and 1st

Responder needs as well as the seriousness of War and the

duty of Patriotism!

ATOM is designed for individuals, families and groups to

get a sampling of “The Military Experience”. We will host

you, feed you, put you up in the barracks overnight and

tour you through the many facilities and training venues

we have to offer. You will have the opportunity to get

“hands on” with our weapons, equipment training devices

and vehicle and weapons simulators.

You will visit the premier urban training center in the

world. There, you will tour underground tunnels, a

derailed train, an abandoned mental hospital and jail.

We will take you to an area where you can go head to head

with members of your group in a paint ball contest under

realistic battle conditions. Afterwards, you’ll be evaluated

by Veteran urban fighting evaluators.

Lastly, you will visit a historical WWII closed Military

base. Jefferson Proving Ground was an operational Army

base from 1941 through 1995. It was principally used for

testing munitions. Its airfields, ammo storage bunkers,

mess hall, indoor ranges and shooting towers are still

intact. A portion of the base is still operational as an air-

to-ground and laser bombing range.

In God We Trust

Personal Protection Defense (PPD)PPD is a collection of one and two day courses plus a

combined week long course. These courses are designed to

teach the proper methods of protection in and out of the home.

Level 1 course is Basic pistol. This one day course

emphasizes gun safety and storage and the basic

fundamentals of marksmanship which also benefits the

client when using other weapon types. Clients will utilize

a weapons simulator prior to live firing, thus maximizing

range time.

Level 2 focuses on Home Defense. This two day course

focuses on developing defensive shooting skills for various

weapons. The course develops strategies to survive a home

invasion, set up a safe room and master the fundamentals of

marksmanship on a live fire range.

Level 3 is a two day course with emphasis on concealed carry

outside of the home. Clients learn defensive shooting skills

using multiple shooting positions against multiple targets.

Level 4 is a one day advanced version of the concealed

carry course. Clients will focus on shooting while on the

move, reloading drills and engaging multiple targets, all

while experiencing weapons malfunctions. Clients will

learn point and instinctive shooting, timed exercises and

target engagement, and will

participate in various other drills.

Our week long courses are a

culmination of levels 1, 2, 3

and 4 and a course of Advanced

Handgun Tactics.
