創新在不同的組織裏都極為重要，包括企業、非牟利機構及教會。但我們卻甚少

研究它的來源，應如何承擔它，又或其聖經及神學基礎。這個課程會在不同角度

探討創業領導的實踐，包括實際、文化、制度、神學、靈性、及社會學上。學員

可從中獲得不少實踐智慧，不但可以有效地管理創新，更可幫助他們察覺到在改

變中所遇到的風險、誘惑及屬靈資源。

註：所有修學分的學員都必須參加在 11 月 28 日舉行的創業領導會議。

此會議源於創業領導機構，由一群香港基督徒商人協辦 (詳情參閱www.eleaders.org)

創業領導會議包括史蒂文斯、高遜及一些本地知名創業領袖的分享。此外，還會

播放將於 11 月 14 、15 日在加拿大溫哥華舉行的創業領導會議的某些演說，，包

括 2013 創業領導獎得主 Market Burnett 和 Roma Downey的環節，此獎項由創業領導機

構及世界福音派聯盟頒發。

Richard (Rick) J. Goossen (李察．高遜) is Director of Entrepreneurial Leadership, Transforming

Business, a research and development centre at the University of Cambridge, Cambridge, UK (www.transformingbusiness.net).

He has written five books, edited five books and written over 200 articles for diverse publications, from leading academic journals to trade magazines and newspapers. His most recent book, E-Preneur – Wall Street to Wiki – Succeeding as a Crowdpreneur in the New Virtual Marketplace (Career Press, 2008) is available in Chinese (Taiwan) (McGraw-Hill), Chinese (PRC), Portuguese (Brazil) and through a separate UK edition (see www.amazon.com).

Rick is a professional public speaker. He has had countless local and international speaking engagements in Europe, North America and Asia.

Rick’s education includes the following: a Ph.D. from Middlesex University, London, UK; a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Columbia University, New York City; a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from McGill University, Montreal; and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons.) (First Class) from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver.

Rick is Senior Relationship Manager and Strategic Planning Specialist at Covenant Group, a holistic financial planning firm that works with entrepreneur / business owners (www.covenant.ca). Rick has been a director, officer, advisor and shareholder of a number of companies in the following businesses: crowdsourcing applications; financial services product; pharmaceuticals, medical device technology; wireless internet; IT training & online education; online travel and loyalty programs, e-business systems integration, computer hardware distribution, application service provider, software development, resource and mining, property development and management consulting.

Rick previously worked in Hong Kong for five years, with the largest law firm (Johnson, Stokes & Master) and a leading merchant bank (Hambro Pacific). With respect to professional credentials, Rick was admitted as Barrister and Solicitor of the Province of British Columbia, Canada and voluntarily withdrew his membership to focus entirely on entrepreneurial pursuits.

Rick has volunteered with various charitable organizations, primarily in the field of education leadership. He has assisted in fundraising with several universities, most notably as a Western Committee Member for McGill University’s $750 million “Making History” campaign. He has been Chairman of the Finance Committee and a board member Columbia Bible College (Abbotsford, BC) and has been involved in the Capital Campaign at Vancouver College, a private boys’ school.

史蒂文斯), Professor Emeritus, Marketplace Theology, Regent College - Paul Stevens is a practical theologian and educator in the evangelical world with respect to empowering Christians to pursue their calling in the marketplace. He has long been associated with Regent College (www.regent-college.edu) and has lectured throughout the world. His mission is to empower ordinary people to integrate their faith and life from Monday to Sunday. He does this through teaching, coaching, advocating and publishing. Paul has been a pastor for 20 years (Montreal and Vancouver), a student counsellor with IVCF, a business person (Habitat Woodcraft) and a professor in an interdisciplinary theological college for the whole people of God. From 1999 until 2005 Paul was the David J. Brown Family Professor of Marketplace Theology and Leadership at Regent College, Vancouver, BC. His mission is to empower ordinary people to integrate their faith and life from Monday to Sunday. He does this through teaching, coaching, advocating and publishing.

He is married to Gail, has three married children and eight grandchildren. Gail and Paul have resided in Vancouver since 1969 and travel to all continents (except Antarctica) to teach, learn and contribute.

He is the author of Doing God's Business: Meaning and Motivation for the Marketplace. Paul

Stevens has been exploring this question since his earliest working days in his father’s steel business.

His Doing God’s Business tells how readers can find lasting and satisfying meaning for marketplace

involvement in the light of the Christian faith and tradition. Stevens explores the potential of

business as a location for practicing everyday spiritual disciplines and as a source of creativity and

deeper relationship with God.

Paul earned a BA and BD from McMaster University and a DMin from Fuller Theological Seminary.

He was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate from McMaster University.
