1. Safety instruction and attentions 1.1 Cautions with words
Pay special attention to the parts connected with product safety. Here are some examples:
If there is this signal before any passage, it means that operation like this is wrong and will lead to big casualty or heavy damage to the device.
The figure appearing before passage shows that it is not allowed to operate according to the passage, or the potential risk will develop into big casualty and heavy damage to the lift. The passage besides this signal lists the notice points and security requirements during the process of normally using, maintenance and care of the lift.

It’s suggested by the manufacturer that the raising position should be the points of support.
When install and move some big or heavy parts on the car during the maintenance, bracket should be used to keep the car’s balance.
Use the high bracket if necessary.
Supplementary bracket will reduce the heavy burden of the car on the lift when rise.

Clear area if vehicle is on danger of falling.
Center of gravity of the car should be at center of arms’ acting force.
Keep away from the working area when raise or drop vehicles.
Forbid to rock the car during lift’s rising and lowering.

Don’t modify any controlling parts or mechanical parts of the lift privately.
Keep feet clear of lifting when lowering. Avoid pinch points.
1.3 Using Purpose
The lift is used to lift vehicles whose weight is less than 4 ton. Other usages are not allowed.
1.4 Expected Rated Lifted Assignment
In principle, the lift we design supports double direction placement of the car, however, it’s better to use the short arm to support the motor end, because in this case there will be less wear and tear for the lift 1.5 Attentions ⅰ. Introduction on Main Parts of the Lift The two post double cylinder hydraulic lift is the more convenient lift for maintaining the vehicle. The following words will help you understand the working principle of the device before using please read this instruction manual carefully, so it will help you operate and use maintain this device in correct way and prolong its lifespan. Equipped with arm lock and the synchronic device of the carriage, the lift is characterized with its simple and reasonable structure, low noise, and steady rising and lowing. After installation, connect the power to the power unit, the gear begin to work and the hydraulic oil enter the oil cylinder and push the piton rod up, which cause the chain lift carriage and arm. Since the minimum lifting height of the equipment is quite low, this device can be used widely. Because it’s convenient to operate, it’s used as the necessary maintenance equipment. It’s not allowed to lift vehicle whose rated weight is above 4 ton with this equipment. This model of lift is equipped with CE‐stop, when the arm drop to a certain level, the stop would sing to inform the operator that the lift would lift or drop to the ground, so the lift would be used safely and avoid any damage to operator. Attention: This model can be used in the ground which is not so strong.

4. Installation of the equipment Step1. The Preparation before Installation ⅰ. Necessary Tool: lifting equipment, churn drill, marking pen, spanner,
measuring tape, sinker. ⅱ. Installation area picture (See figure below.)
The space besides the drive plate should be left according to different models.

Step 2:Installation of Main and supplementary column(With carriage installed)
After the installation position is decided, set up the main and supplementary column, put the drive over plate between as the standard distance between the two columns, according to the foundation of installation picture, mark the hole place with marking pen, then fix the two column with exploded strew according to the following picture shows.
Ground strength should be strong enough to install the expansion bolt! never fix the expansion bolt if the foundation is not strong enough.

Check and make sure that angle between the column and the ground is between the range of the following picture, When installing the lift with drive over plate the column is allowed to lean for one linear measure.

Step 3: Install the power unit onto the main column. Step 4: hydraulic circuit installation
The gantry lift installs the crossbeam on the main and subsidiary column, enable the hose through the column to connect with the hard hose on the gantry; the floor plate lift raise the carriage from ground by 600~800m to ensure the safety situation in which the carriage won’t fall to the ground; Then connect the hydraulic circuit of the main and subsidiary cylinder.

Install two arms on each of the carriage, swing the arm to ensure that the teeth match.

Step 7: add hydraulic oil
Put in N46# hydraulic oil about 10L. Step 8: Power On
Install power control box, ensure the power connection by motor nameplate, which requires installation of main switch beside the lift to make convenience to cut down the power in case of emergency. Please connect by corresponding numbers when installing the power control box.
The electric system should operated by electrician!

Step10: Debugging 1. Check insurance system installations, to see if increased, whether the
insurance is in the lock state (at this time, normally, the insurance is locked, that is, four electromagnetic iron absorption in a disconnected state); against falling, must first press the lock button, and then the drop button, there will appear a slight rise before the process of decline, at this moment the insurance is undocked from the state, check whether the four electromagnetic absorption iron are working; and to see whether the four blocks of the insurance are disengaged at the same time. (Relating to the insurance working principle, please see below description)
2. Check the tensioning force of two same‐step wire ropes, to complete the synchronization of two carriages by adjusting the two same‐step wire ropes.

6. Operation Instruction

. Operate the up and down movement several times before ⅰplacing the vehicles on, to ensure the safety lock is in the correct place and the equipment is normal. Check all joints, especially the safety mechanism, to ensure no abnormal phenomena before using, if the insurance device doesn’t work, the lift should not be put into use. . Before using the lift, adjust the height of the four rubber pads to ⅱmake all supporting points in the same flat level, and separate the arms as open as possible so that it’s easy for the vehicle to drive in, and it’s better to use the short bracket arms to support the motor end. . The center of lifting area should be the gravity center of the vehicle ⅲthat needs maintaining. When the car is raised to 100 mm high, stop and swing the car a little to check whether lifting support is reasonable, and whether the lift is working normally, if everything is normal, go on to use the lift. . When lift is rising, operator and other people shouldⅳ stand in the
safety area. When the vehicle is raised to the required height, press the locking button to lock the lift, then the maintainer can start his work to repair the vehicle.

. Cut off the power when the ⅴmaintainer is not in the working area to avoid any accident caused by the wrong operations by non‐operators. . Remain ⅵ clearance under the bracket
arms when the lift is dropping, or the lift will be damaged. . Fill the oil tank of hydraulic cylinder ⅶ
with approximately 10 liters of N46 hydraulic oil, or diesel oil of No.8 in winter and No.11 in summer. Half a year afterwards add hydraulic oil again. . After pressing the down button the lift ⅷ
will rise a bit then drop. . Cut off the power when repairing the ⅸ
vehicle and there is no operator or nobody using the lift.

8. Trouble Shooting
Malfunctions Cause Solution Generator does not work.
The power source or power equipment is malfunctioning.
Check up the power fuse, the contact in the junction box of motor, miro switch, and the condition of up button, change the damaged part.
Generator roars and does not work.

9. Information on Structure and Working Principle of Equipment 9.1 Main structure of equipment Lifting system: Hydraulic cylinders are installed inside columns, when hydraulic oil enters the lower part of the cylinder, piston lever move upward and push up sliding collars to move upward. Supporting system: the vehicle enters the working area, by adjusting the angle and extension length of arms to make the rubber tray support the vehicle in its effective supporting points. Adjust the height of the tray according to the height of the car bench. Balance system: when raising or dropping the vehicle, two pieces of chains connects two sliding collars and make them move together to keep the lift’s balance. Security system: there are electrical security device in the main and supplementary column which will lock automatically after the vehicle is raised up.
