The Centre of Social Services in Mon-tealto (A Coruña, Spain) is located in a district of A Coruña, with large and growing population. The plot has trape-zoidal covering an area of 5.239,7 square meters. The building of a single f loor houses different areas of use of this dis-trict. The functional programme is de-veloped on the ground f loor, which sug-gests an immediate understanding of the building. This is because is necessary to separate the different social uses and their typologies. The Centre of Social Services is built in an elongated U shape, in the centre of which are common outdoors areas, with a uniformity façade enclosing the building.

Here, the central space opens up accesses for vehicles as for pedestrians. There is a nearby courtyard, so that older people can also walk on a soft pavement without risk of falls. The building was designed on eff icient and clear way concerning circulations, accesses and organization of the spaces. The project organized the social ser-vices in three different volumes but integrated by a common façade. Each space has specif ic functions according to needs of use. The area oriented to the east is part of children’s space. A court-yard and school gardens run parallels to the School, so there are direct ac-cesses from the classrooms to the out-

side by large windows that provide natural light. Also a large covered courtyard has been designed for use in rainy days. The building of elder day centre is developed along the west side where the outer space with a terrace area is located and from it people have direct access to the din-ing room. The last volume of Cen-tre of Social Services is in the south of the plot. This volume houses the services area and equipment room of the whole space.There is a visual continuity between all parts of the building, from which there are views towards the sea. The far ends of the construction have been designed with large windows on both sides. The roof rises to the top of the dining room so that in this point is possible to have privileged views.Access to the plot could be by a cir-culation ramp and for pedestrian ac-cesses is possible to use an external elevator, due the different in heights. The big variations of the plot are re-solved by green spaces around the building.

蒙特阿尔托社会服务中心（西班牙，拉科鲁

尼亚）位于拉科鲁尼亚的一个人口庞大且不断增

长的区域。该场所呈不规则梯形状，占地面积为

5.239,7平方米。这栋单层建筑覆盖了这一使用

地区的不同区域。将功能性的规划建立在底层，

过一个共同的外观构成一个完整的整体。每个空

间都根据使用的需求有着特定的功能。面向东面

的区域是儿童空间的一部分。庭院和学校中的花

园同学校平行而建，因此通过教室中的大窗户能

够直接的看到户外，并且为教室提供自然采光。

同样还有这一个占地面积较大的庭院设计供

阴雨天时使用。老年人日间护理中心的大楼沿着

西侧有着户外空间和阳台的区域而建，从这里人

们可以直接进入到餐厅。社会服务中性的最后一

个体量位于南侧。覆盖了在整个空间的服务区域

和设备间。

在建筑的所有部分之间存在着一种视觉的连

续性，从这里能够欣赏到面向大海的美景。远端
