Cixi Jingcheng mould Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1992, which is a modern enterprise integrated with design & development, manufacture and injection of precision mould.The company is located in Cixi, Zhejiang, an open and prosperous city, which has a convenient transportation that has only 30 minutes to Hangzhou bay bridge and 5 minutes to high speed railroad station in the North of Yuyao. 多色精密手动模具MULTI-COMPONENT PRECISION MOULD
由多副单色模具组成。预制件在前一副模具成型后，需冷却一段时间用于定型，然后作为嵌件放入下一工序的模具中进行注塑，以此类推，可以实现多色产品的生产。此种方式可以成型动模侧和定模侧均有包胶的产品。生产过程中需要在多个单色模具之间进行产品手动转换 . 模具开发制造周期短，灵活性高，投资少。 It is consist of many sets of single component mould. After moulded, it will take some time to cool the preforms for the purpose of shaping. Then as an embedded part, they are put into another mould to be injected, and so on, producing multi-component products from the beginning of the injection to the end. In this way, over cover products with moving mould half and those with fixed mould half can be shaped. It needs manually convert between many sets of single mould in the process of manufacture. It has a shorter development and manufacturing cycle, greater flexibility and less investment.

固定模具侧有两个不同的模腔，而移动模具侧有两个相同的模腔。在工位 1 上进行首次注塑后，旋转工作台会转过 180 度，将预制件传输到固定模具侧的第二个更大的模腔。预制件与腔壁之间的空间用第二种材料来填充，回转工作台通过正负 180 度角度往复旋转。此类模具在双色产品中应用较为广泛，能有效缩短注塑周期，提高产品合格率，节约厂房空间，降低人工与管理成本。The stationary mould half has two different mould cavities, while the moving mould half has two identical cavities. After the first injection operation in station 1, the rotary table turns through an angle of 180 degrees and transfers the perform to the second, larger cavity in the stationary mould half. The empty space between the perform and the cavity wall is now filled with the second material. The rotary table is rated for alternating rotation through an angle of ±180 degrees. This kind of mould is widely used in the two components product that largely shortens injection cycle, improves the acceptance rate of products, saves manufacturing space and reduce the cost of labor and management.

动模侧的型腔可以被顶出和旋转，此功能都被整合到了模具中。当预制件的两侧（动模和定模侧）同时需要注塑第二种材料时需使用转轴模具成型。转轴模具能有效提高产品品质与合格率，有效缩短注塑周期，节省工厂空间、人力与管理成本。 The cavity of moving mould half can be ejected and rotated. These functions are integrated in the mould. When the second component material is to be moulded onto both sides of the perform(moving mould half and fixed mould half),rotary moulds need to be used. The rotary moulds can effectively improve quality and acceptance rate of products, shorten injection cycle, save manufacturing space and reduce the cost of labour and management.
