고장 신고 NMS 이상무 현장에 기술자 파견 필요 수리 시간과 OPEX 증가주기적으로 다양한 명령어를 조합하여 그 실행 결과를 분석하고 조치방법을 알려주는NMS 가 필요 Intelligent NMS
